Fired but they let him finish his cruiserweight tournament since he was already advertised for it before he was released. Then that video he released took off (as it should have) and WWE turned it into a GOAT angle

But if they still just fire him after its over

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. They better keep him after this. They have an opportunity to tell a good story here if they keep him.

Damn I didn't even think about that till now. Pillman I remember had those eyes you felt like he could stab you in your Bed with a Pencil. Cornette saying Kross might turn out to be just some kind is no shock to hear considering he puts down every talent he has no knowledge of especially the Joshi ladies on AEW nearly every Week on his Podcast. I do say Kross needs to upgrade and refine his abilities in the Ring once the Ciampa feud truly takes off. Ciampa is the perfect guy for him too because he loves to brawl and Kross is happy to go that route.
