- A new WWE survey on the upcoming WWE Network asks fans interest in WWE possibly their monthly pay-per-views to the network as "monthly specials."

The proposed option reads like this:
Imagine a 24-hour cable network that was run by The WWE. It featured a mix of WWE-made programs, including new shows, repeats of Raw and SmackDown from USA and Syfy and "classic" or "historical" programs featuring shows from different promotions like classic WWE footage, WCW, ECW, NWA, AWA, etc. from years past.
It would have two new weekly WWE live in-ring shows (wrestling), but not SmackDown or Raw.

It would have a daily live in-studio viewer interactive show similar to SportsCenter.

Additionally, this network would include WWE's "classic big 4" pay-per-view events including WrestleMania, SummerSlam, Survivor Series and Royal Rumble to the lineup at no additional cost. Rather than having to pay for them, they would now be specials with the same match quality you're used to seeing on pay-per-view for no additional cost. These 4 events would only be available on The WWE Network.

In addition to The WWE Network, you would receive approximately 30 additional channels including NFL Network, NBA TV, Biography Channel, Fox Business Network and Fuel TV.

How interested would you be in upgrading your service for an additional $7-$12 per month to a tier which would include the WWE Network described above?"

The following other options were listed in the survey as possible programming:

* Classic footage of older promotions like WCW, NWA, ECW and the AWA.

* New non-wrestling shows.

* Documentaries.

* WWE talents hosting their favorite movies.

* Repeats of RAW and SmackDown.

* New weekly live in-ring shows.

* Daily in-studio interactive shows similar to news programs or SportsCenter.

* Interactive call-in shows hosted by WWE talents.

* Reality show with former WWE stars living in a house.

Pwtorch

I already get the tier that they are talking about :D

As for the rest, I see Byte This returning (miss you Todd), them taping house shows maybe, WWE Experience returning, and I'd pay to see Shiek living in a house with other Legends lol.

This would solve the problem of NXT and Superstars needing new homes, but one must wonder..........

Z! True Long Island Stories on WWE Network? Or possibly a "Diva's after dark" show, simialr to cinimax (Not gonna happen anytime soon, but a man can dream, can't he?)

Whoever votes for replay's of Raw and Smackdown given youtube and all that are morons. Reality show with former WWE stars might be some funny shit but out of those things listed new weekly shows or non wrestling shows sounds cool. Would be great for Ryder's show and other internet stuff that could just go on there.

WWE would likely shutdown all YouTube accounts with their footage, same for Justin tv.

I like the idea of them making their own NBA TV basically.

I'd like an actual 1 hour Divas show. They could even do a diva show where they follow one of them around every week. What I most want to return though is Heat like it was during it's MTV days

The last part would actually get Batista to re-sign lol

I am strongly against Z! True Island Story being on there. I like the show, but it's a 5 minute show. Leave it online. Making it longer would only hurt it... The jokes they make couldn't work on a 30 minute project. It's just Zack's Dad, the Big O and internet terms relating to Zack not being pushed.

Now, that I got that out of the way. I like the reality show idea and I want to bring up Mick Foley writing his own sitcom again.

I agree about Ryder's show but I didn't ever say make it 30 minutes. Could be one of those little short 10-15 minute mini shows.

Hopefully in the end they just add all kind of things on it to keep it interesting and make you want to watch it all day. Having their own network just opens up so many possibilities. And I just realized I would have this channel since I got the rest that they listed (Y)

I'd say leave Zach's show at the same time limit, just make it part of a 30 minute All That like block, where there are multiple different skits done by different personalities.

You also got a realize Ryder would need a writing team which is something I wouldn't waste on him. Mick Foley deserves that writing team.

Originally, I just thought they would show old PPVs and old weeklies which was enough for me to get the channel. These new ideas just make it sound even better.

I could see Trish having a fitness show on here, as well as DDP and HBK even pitching their own respective ventures. This also just screams Hulk I'm An Attention Whore Hogan.

That would work pretty good actually depending what else they put on the block.

And yeah since Hogan is probably leaving TNA pretty soon could easily see him try and get some show on it since no matter what him and Vince seem to be able to do business together again.

Why am I the only one that wants Mick to have a sitcom?

Fuck Hogan.

I think Foley would do best with a story telling show tbh. Each week he could tell a story which would play on his writing ability. I just don't know if he could manage a sitcom. I'd much rather see Booker in that role for the lulz

Imagine Foley as a Father on a Family sitcom? His charm would ooze off the screen. That is what I am seeing... Also if he helped writing it, the jokes would hit the target demographics... I'm sure you can see that Morphicon.

Bookah could help with his new "WHAT THE" show for that "All That" variety show you were pitching better.
