The Hidden Gem this week is a 2 and a half hour show from Mid-Atlantic Championship wrestling in 1984 called "Boogie Jam" that includes an hour long time limit draw between Flair and Steamboat that I've never seen

More WCW Saturday Night is coming to the WWE Network! See inside for details.

More WCW Saturday Night episodes are scheduled to drop this Monday as part of the August classic content release.

Before Nitro, Saturday Night was WCW's flagship show, so these episodes should be decently important in building towards their major shows. Once Nitro debuted the Saturday Night episodes became way less important and was a pretty shitty show, but these earlier episodes should be pretty fun to watch even though weekly TV wasn't very important during this era.

This week's Hidden Gems is a JCP show from early 1986 called Superstars on the Superstation which I'm glad they've added pretty soon after those Mid-Atlantic episodes from a couple months ago bc they were leading towards this for a bit and then continued after it. It's basically a prelude to the Clash of the Champions shows they'd start doing a couple years later, same basic concept. This card has Flair defending against Ron Garvin, Dusty Rhodes vs Tully Blanchard, Road Warriors vs Russians, and Midnight Express vs Rock 'n' Roll Express

Some good stuff coming out on the Network this weekend, here's a list of everything new this week.

• A new Ride Along streaming Monday after Raw with Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch in one car and The Viking Raiders & Sarah Logan in another
• A Prime Target documentary for the UK TakeOver show airing before NXT UK this week
• Whatever Hidden Gems are coming out on Thursday
• Streaming before the UK TakeOver is a documentary on Adrien Street called Adrien Street: Imagine What I Could Do To You
• Streaming after the UK TakeOver is a new WWE Day Of episode for SummerSlam 2019
• Streaming on Sunday is 20 Matches That Define the Intercontinental Championship to celebrate the title turning 40 years old. Really excited for this one, rumors are saying that it's going to be 6 hours long so I'm assuming all 20 matches are going to be shown in full...Zack Ryder is the host for some reason even though he held the title for a total of 1 day

I'm sure it'll be matches I've seen a lot like Bret/Bulldog and HBK/Razor, but I really hope they have some that I've forgotten about.

Yeah same, but it was in London I believe which is even crazier that they had a UK tour between Survivor Series and This Tuesday in Texas

Either way I watched the match earlier and it was pretty much a squash. Nothing really notable from these Gems unless you're a fan of Adrian Street and wanna watch some of his antics, in that case the two matches against Fulton and Taylor are pretty good, the Davey Boy one is really short and before he was really all in with his gimmick. The other two UK championship defenses were pretty basic house show shit, nothing I'd really say worth watching, plus they were pretty long
