Really? You think losing to the top star in the business is not good enough to end Rusev's streak? Maybe they could get someone real box office like Kofi to end it...

lol wut

Cena doesn't deserve to bury another talent.

Cena is an established star and a future HOF, new stars are made at Mania, so it should be someone who isn't so credible, the likes of Reigns or Ambrose, for an example.

Let's just meet halfway and hope for Ryback to be the one who beats Rusev

How is his only loss a burial, seriously.

In this case, it's the Rusev character. Right now he's largely built around how his undefeated streak proves his dominance and is (kayfabe) proof of the superiority of Mother Russia, so no matter who the conquering hero is that takes out Rusev, it'll hurt his momentum quite a bit.

It's one of those times where while WWE tries to be a "live sporting event" and "weekly episodic TV show" conflict. The TV show Rusev would be vanquished, but the professional athlete Rusev still has proven himself with an insane amount of victories. So understand either argument.

Rusev has cooled off quite a bit after the Swagger feud (amazing that Swagger was the most over guy on the show at one point), but surely whoever breaks the Streak will get a nice rub from it. Why not give it to someone who it can benefit from it?

- No, no and no. Don't do it. Cena's the last guy who should conquer Rusev.

I am fine with Ambrose or Reigns doing it, but it's interesting to me that Cena doing it automatically means he is being BURIED. Well it's more funny than interesting. Nothing is quite as much a burial as getting a fat Mania paycheck by working with John Cena. If that's a burial, sign me up.

Read Snowman's post up above yours and you'll know how I feel about this whole Rusev/Cena deal.

I mean, why wouldn't Cena conquer something that's unconquerable? That is so unlike him, to overcome the odds and put a close to his 'Road to Redemption, Part 9894371635'.
They should've let him end Taker's WM streak, too.

The Wyatt Family were Cena's latest victims, and even though I'm not big on Rusev because of his 'LOL, I hate America. Boo me.' gimmick, I don't want him to be beaten by someone who's done it all and would gain pretty much nothing by beating Rusev. Yes, Cena beating Rusev would also give Rusev the rub, 'cause it'd be like the first time Rusev was involved in something high profile. But still, a young, up and coming superstar should do it... Hence why I mentioned Ambrose, Reigns and Ryback.

Ryback is a dong slurper. He vs Rusev would be the least given a fuck about Mania feud in recent memory lol

Are you the kind of dude that would wear a WE HATE CENA shirt to a show? You should rise above that.

He is the ultimate "s"mark. The IWC personified. If Cena didn't fuck his Mom at some point I would be shocked.

I wouldn't wear anything that's Cena related, it's a disease. :razer:

Cena vs. Ruzev is something i've seen coming a year away...this is honestly a huge storyline repeat of last year with Cena and Wyatt. But this time it goes to Fast Lane, and Ruzev will cost Cena the title again or some other match. Then this goes to wrestlemania, Ruzev does mad work and Cena wins, get more creative. Other than that everything else right now seems pretty good actually.

Rusev vs Cena isn't creative, I agree.

You mentioned Rusev costing Cena the match, but I doubt they'll have the WWE-WHC match at Fast Lane. That's if Lesnar retains at the Rumble, which I think he will.

I don't know bro... maybe Cena will win for that 16th title victory then Ruzev comes out to hurt him, Rollins then cashes in and that's how it goes down.
