But then they won a no. 1 contender match a few months later and had another match (well it technically didn't happen because the Bludgeon Brothers debuted)

Those were different circumstances since Goldberg decided to retire, Finn was stripped of the belt, no one beat him so you can't give him a rematch against no one

And the Goldberg thing with KO was nothing more than a stunt to make the Goldberg and Lesnar match a title match
