Lesnar didn't sign a new contract to be used as enhancement talent. They could have Reigns win the title then have Lesnar win the royal rumble and lose at WrestleMania.
You are literally making no sense. You started this whole coversation by saying Reigns couldn't win at Survivor Series. Otherwise, Lesnar wouldn't have entered the conversation at all. Lesnar doesn't need to win the Royal Rumble to face Reigns at WrestleMania. The whole point was thinking of a way to allow Rollins to keep the belt until WrestleMania. I can personally see it going other way, but if Reigns wins at Survivor Series, I can ensure you it won't be Brock Lesnar that wins the Royal Rumble.
Also, your assertion that Brock Lesnar can't be used as "enhancement talent" is the most laughable thing I've read in a long time. Just because he loses a single match, wouldn't make him an enhancement talent. They especially didn't have him end the streak so he would never put anyone over. That's absurd. Lesnar was supposed to put Reigns over before the world freaked out about him winning the Royal Rumble last year. The most likely scenario is a Shield three-way at WrestleMania in Texas.
