-- Monday night on Raw following the Night of Champions PPV, WWE will have quick fall-out transitioning into initial hype for the Hell in a Cell PPV.
The main focus will be on Triple H retaining his on-air COO position, Kevin Nash being reincorporated into storylines, and WWE holding the line on their top storyline at the PPV with Hunter still wrestling John Laurinaitis's on-air character for control of the company.
-- With a quick two-week turnaround to the Hell in a Cell PPV on October 2, WWE will likely set up re-matches for the Raw and Smackdown brands's top titles. On the Raw side, new WWE champion John Cena will likely defend against Alberto Del Rio. On the Smackdown side, new World Hvt. champion Mark Henry will likely defend against Randy Orton, although WWE could book a multi-man match involving Christian and Sheamus that has been teased for five months since the WWE Draft in April.
-- Champions who retained titles at the PPV include U.S. champion Dolph Ziggler, who returns to his hometown area in Cleveland, IC champion Cody Rhodes (Smackdown), WWE tag champions Air Boom, and Divas champion Kelly Kelly.
-- Hollywood actor Hugh Jackman will be appearing on Raw as a now-rare guest star. Jackman is promoting the release of his new movie, "Real Steel."
