Technically, Rose has been with the company since FCW, so he has the skills. As far as the character, I'm afraid he'll get lost in the shuffle as "just another musical gimmick," even though his is far more entertaining than anything in recent history.

There are others who have been here that long as well. As for Adam Rose, this character has only appeared twice on NXT. It's early.
