I think you missed the fact that he was completely trashed when he came out there. Triple H looked embarrassed. It's doubtful Ric Flair returns anytime soon.

They're trying to reestablish Evolution in the eyes of the 2014 audience. Plus, WWE loves the underdogs. Shield will now go against the odds and win at Extreme Rules.
