Surely they mean Punks MITB title win?

I figured they meant that one too. Also, no love for Brock going over Rock at SummerSlam?

It was a video countdown so doubt it was a mistake. Number 4, 5 and 1 shouldn't be on the list in my opinion.

I wasn't watching wrestling back when Stone Cold won the WWF title, but the moment doesn't look that special to me.

It was because Austin had been so popular and actually won the '97 Rumble but didn't win the belt that year.

Brock/Rock should be on here and I don't think Shawn's should be 3, maybe 5 or 6.

If I didn't see it, it didn't happen......lulzy logic.

All of them have a place in history. I do agree though, Punks MITB title win was more monumental because the story and everything. His one at Survivor Series is only remember because that's the win that kicked off the 400+ reign.

Eddie's win should be just a little higher in my opinion. It felt good to be a wrestling fan on that night.

I think that at least one of Edge's WWE title wins should be on here. Not the cash in though since it wasn't a full match. But when he won it back for the second or third time in a triple threat against Cena and HHH was impressive.

Only reason I guess they put the SS Punk one over the MITB is cause of the 400 plus day title reign but it still should have obviously been the MITB win. This list is pretty good otherwise though would swap Edge's mitb cash in on Cena with Rock's win.

The issue I have with the Eddie win is that he was outshone and made to look a bit part that whole PPV, and even when he won it the real story was Goldberg vs Lesnar building for Mania.

I think the 'Eddie moment' everyone remembers fondly was at Mania with Benoit rather than his actual win.

Also, fuck. How awful was WWE in 2004, especially Smackdown. Basham Brothers were co maineventing ffs.

I take issue with the Rock one the most. I think his first WWF Title win and the shock heel turn which came with it was far more merable. By the time he defeated HHH in 2000 he was already a pretty estiblished main eventer.

Cork makes a good point about the Eddie one, but it was still an awesome pop!

IT's a strictly face list, Rock was face when he beat Triple H at Backlash.

for me, the Michaels' win would be number 1... remember it vividly and was such a crazy HBK mark at the time.... I'd probably slide Punk's win a little down my list as well... but no major issues with what they've done here

Agreed even though I was more of a Bret fan at the time, that was a great Mania moment.
