Gutting 205 Live is part of a company push away from smaller wrestlers and trying to get s younger generation in.

Specially Dave mentioned under 26 years old and over 220lbs.

I never understood 205 in general. They can easily have those guys in any of the three brands to showcase their talents. WCW had a great mixture at a time, no reason WWE couldn't have done that.

Maybe it’s mainly because some of them people don’t wrestle what I’d see as the “style” that they wrestle. Like Adam Cole doesn’t seem to actually wrestle like the people on 205 Live do, at least I’m guessing since I never watched 205 Live. They are free to go for it, but most probably won’t.

I respect both points honestly. They definitely need to get younger in a big way. Doesn't hurt to get in more big guys either.

Just don't pass on incredible talents simply because they're 200 pounds instead of 220 pounds and it's all good.

I'm all for this in the sense wrestling, but more so WWE has lost touch with its concept of larger than life. but I do agree they tend to go to extremes.

I think they should have a good blend of smaller, middleweight and larger athletes making a good blend of size and talent.
