Okay, let's go step by step then.
She was trained by Dean Malenko and Dave Finlay. That much was obvious from her in-ring ability, for the time was arguably considered the best female wrestler within WWE by a country mile (between her and Victoria). She wasn't the hottest, which is entirely what WWE's division was based around, but she dragged good matches out of everyone she went up against. She is very much the Rick Rude of the Women's division, never "The Woman" but rather the ring general that made everyone around her look strong.
She's a two time Women's Champion that held the titles for a total 301 days, including most of 2003 where she put on some of the best matches of Lita and Trish Stratus' careers respectively. She put on a memorable match that saw her *willingly* shave her head on Pay-Per-View when she didn't have to; in fact, she campaigned for the Women's Title match to be included on the WrestleMania card because she wanted the division to be given more respect. She is also a 1-time Hardcore Champion for what its worth.
Finally, she was and is one of the most beloved and respected women in wrestling. Lita, Trish, Victoria, all of them speak highly of Molly as someone who they respect and love. Most modern women likely look to her and emulated her style of wrestling as well; like it or not, she's one of the most respected and dare I say emulated female wrestlers of her time. In an era when women's wrestling was about tits and calling each other sluts, she was a wholesome personality that could actually *wrestle* worth a damn; that was something Lita tried too hard to do (with multiple injuries to her record), Trish only did inconsistently, and what Torrie Wilson, Stacey Keibler, and Sable could never do.
Nobody cares about headlining or draws, or anything of that sort here, so check it at the door, pal.
