Yeah can’t wait until “his schedule prevents him from competing” or “movie studios won’t pay for his insurance since he got injured against John cena”

like yeah I’m so fucking sorry that the hundreds of millions of dollars you made aren’t enough for you to forgo one movie so you can wrestle one match which you supposedly love doing but yeah fuck it.

That being said, I love the idea of Rock vs Roman so go figure.
Or you know, staying in the good graces of movie companies which im sure he wants to be hired by in the future is more important than coming back to wrestle, something he doesn't need.

That argument is so fucking tiresome.

Spare me. If he wrestles one match they’re not gonna not hire him.

If it's during the timeline they plan on starting to film, yeah it is. That's the whole fucking point.

People forget that “Hercules” was pushed back because Rock got hurt during that match with Cena.

So yes, a guy that hasn’t wrestled a real “match” in 7 years could very well be jeopardizing his relationship with movie studios if he gets hurt again and another movie gets delayed.

I'm also not enthused about it as I'm tired of Roman facing part timers at Mania. And Rock can't even be considered a part timer, he's even less than that LOL.

I can dig that.

That's why I had a problem at the time with Rock going over Cena at 28. Just seemed kinda dumb at the time for a guy who works two shows a year -maybe- to win that match. I get wanting to not have Cena be Super Cena all the time, but even Punk had problems with guys like Rock going over him when Punk would be the one showing up to work the next day.

Well at least they had the plan in place (even if they just decided it the day of) to have Cena lose that match, run into a bunch of adversity over the next year, and then get his win back the next year, all a part of a slow burn story.

Punk was just a casualty in that whole thing. I'd have been pissed too.

The one thing that still makes no sense to me is that Cena beat Brock RIGHT after at the next PPV...in Brock's return match and then they still went with the Cena struggling angle :lmao like what the fuck was the point of Brock then

Yeah. At the time I was glad Cena won. Looking back tho, Brock probably really should have.

Like it really makes no sense bc they were clearly going with the struggling Cena angle before the match...then he beats Brock, and then they continue the struggling Cena angle :lmao

I mean yeah, shit you right. It did make the Cena struggling thing make no sense.

Even if that was true my original point was that he can forgo one movie to return to something that he supposedly loves.

"Even if that was true" is it not? :lmao And I think they're saying it wouldn't be just one movie if it hurts his relationship with studios it could cost him bigger parts in the future.

But what does it matter Sabs is always right :lol

Smh it’s shit like this why I took a year long break from this site. No that’s not what I meant. Just because I make an argument doesn’t mean I’m automatically right or that my opponent is right. All I was saying was that if he cared about WWE then he would forgo a movie or two to have a match. Jesus fucking Christ. He’s the biggest movie star in the world. I really don’t think that movie studios would refuse to hire him if he got injured because it isn’t like he’s gonna go back to wrestling. He’ll heal up and that’ll be the end of it. BUT IM ALWAYS RIGHT SO TAKE THAT AS AN ABSOLUTE
