Kalisto and Lince Dorado are both very much based in America.

Guess I figured Lince would probably be out the door at the same time as them. He's probably the least utilized of the three anyways.

Yeah, I don't see them adding much to a war, but hey who knows they could be on some banger matches outside of WWE. But it's not like they would be some huge get either. Just something nice.

Kalisto would be a good get for someone. He was the US Champion a while back and I know I've seen him on ads for something on Twitter. So he's got to be somewhat recognizable to the general public. Plus he's a pretty damn good wrestler. I just don't think any of them will go to AEW, unless they want to really lean into lucha action, seeing as they already have Pentagon, Fenix, and a working relationship with AAA to bring in others if and when they want to. I mean it's not inconceivable but it just doesn't seem super likely to me. I would think it's more likely that he goes to Impact or MLW.

I could see Kalisto working some PWG again under his old name Samuray del Sol. If he goes anywhere I can see him working under that name again.

Man, they tried to push Kalisto, but it just didn't work. They should send them out the door and let them wrestle in gyms and at bar mitzvahs.

There ain't gonna be no war. The shit AEW is doing ain't getting the people who stopped watching years ago to come back.

I've met people on a couple other forums who would disprove what you just said.

I also guess WWE is bringing NXT to USA on Wednesdays because they definitely aren't concerned about AEW.

Other forums eh?

The circle jerk of same think ones?

The ones who act like they personally know who Vince McMahon is as a person and are legit psychologists who know his thought process and can successfully run a pro wrestling company better than him, if only they could get out the basement......

Those kind of forums?

Kalisto with that tweet tweet delete gimmick.

Why the fuck don't these geeks just go talk to the old man.....it's still the same as it always was based off the top talents on various podcasts I've listened too, if he has time, he will listen to his talent.

Don't act like a bunch of skiddish kids looking at the ground when the man comes around and maybe he'd actually notice you.....this cryptic social media shit is just kiddie shit.

I don't know about all that. Wrestling forums. You know the kind where people talk about wrestling. It's typically not people who have been there who say that AEW has brought them back to wrestling. It's mostly new members who join and say that AEW has restored their interest. So I don't feel it's any kind of hive mind that motivates them to say that. You can also hop on any social media and see comments by people who say the same. I'm sure plenty of it is bullshit but there's plenty of truth in there as well. Now, whether their belief that AEW is going to bring glory back to pro wrestling is valid or not is a different conversation. But it's clear they have a very real following and hype like no other company since WCW. To try and dispute that is just being obtuse or a hater for lack of better term.

Agreed on the Twitter point though. It looks stupid for wrestlers to be clamoring for their release online. I'm sure it doesn't make WWE want to do them any favors and it more than likely means you're going to go out looking like a chump, as opposed to someone like Moxley who took plenty of Ls but still got a good sendoff and probably helped his impending free agency by staying quiet in the public.
