I believe The Island is only on ps5 and xbox series s/x. It's not even on PC.

I found out today that using ChatGPT+ you can use a picture of your custom superstar in the game and create a real life render of it. Pretty nice when you make match cards in your character looks like it belongs with the other real wrestlers.
