I just Googled it and it's confirmed that only the Eastern and Central time zones get SmackDown Live.

I have Hughes internet... which has the lowest speeds for the WWE Network and it's half as much as the second to last one. No idea why WWE Network even lists it because it doesn't work. If this link for Fox did work it would just keep pausin' and freezin'.
