Yup, I'm afraid to reduce the chances of the image getting stolen or ripped (by some smurfs who want a stolen wrestling picture) I made it the background of the div.

Most wrestling forums will have pictures of wrestlers yeah, because it's a wrestling forum. If I made a football forum I'd have footballs on the index, or footballers. As I said, the main reason I purchased a new theme is because the only negative feedback we got (and I mean only, everyone else loved the rest) was that we could do with a wrestling-related theme.

But wrestlers aren't the only thing that could've been used >.<


What about a birds eye view of a ring with the text WWEForums in it? Or maybe something to do with championships?

Link me to more than 5 sites with wrestlers like ours in the header, it's not something that's on every single wrestling site. Also,that wouldn't look good on this theme.

None of those were like ours, they were ugly as logos with a plonked on wrestler. I said like ours, works with the theme, integrated with the header.

Agreed. These work with the skin which is really good. It blends into the background and looks awesome.

Not really, you just didn't post anything related to my question. They were all horrific. Even I know how to plonk a wrestler onto an image and call it a logo.

The banner used is 100% unique. I got separate vectors from the internet of the wrestlers, then applied some C4D to it and added my own variation of glass shards. I assure you I've not seen any wrestling banners like it. I also feel it suits the theme and its niche very well.

Also do you know why the "favourite superstar" isn't displaying in the post_bit?

Same here. I keep clicking the wrestler images. Not a big deal but I'm just used to clicking banners on that corner to go forum home. :
