First one is definitely Burke, looks like his gear from when he first debuted with Sylvester Terkay, so I would assume (since at first Burke was more or less just a manager) that it was from a two pack with Terkay, so depending on who sold it to you, you may have a Terkay figure laying around too.

Second one I'm pretty sure is Paul Burchill.
