WWE doesn't like Michael Cole? Then why did King have to get knocked the fuck out by Sheamus?
I bet Vince would laugh his ass off if he saw Michael Cole get kicked upside the head by Sheamus.
I think they should reward JR and give him a much deserved upgrade back to Raw with King after he suffered through his medical issues. Put Cole and Striker on SmackDown and have Josh Matthews and Black "I sound white" Guy on ECW.

Bullshit, when Stone Cold beat his ass it was one of the most epic moments ever. But that could just be partly due to the fact that I wanted to see Cole get his ass kicked. =(

...As someone else said above, all Cole does is sound dumb & ill-informed.
Werid thing is that Taz has since proved in TNA that he's pretty shoddy in the booth - It amazes me that they were a passable partnership on SD for so long.
I'd agree JR & Striker is the most appealing combo, but Striker will go to waste on Raw IMO due to the lack of wrestling compared to the other two shows. Whatever tho' just get Regal on the same brand as him cos no-one hypes Regal like Striker!
I'd love for them to bring JBL back to SD to own Grish on a weekly basis... Got no beef with Grish's work (he's better than Cole already... As is Josh! lol), but he's just perfect meat to feed to JBL on the mic.

JBL as commentator was great. Sucks that stopped that to return to the ring. I never really had a problem with Cole before. Not until he was moved to RAW full time that is. That's where I saw his utter shit-ness.

^^^Never been a fan, but agreed about his move to Raw... Gotta ask yourself, what does that say about King if Taz, JBL, Foley, Striker et all can all somewhat mask Cole's shitness, but Lawler can't?
To me tells me what I've been thinking for at least 2 years now.... Lawler has lost the proverbial 'it' and should call it a day.
The mind of 'Fixx drifts a la Zack Ryder.....
Just a thought, but as a follow up to the thing with King & Seamus couldn't Seamus put King out and then start targetting Cole. When the time comes have Seamus queeze him through the bars and into the cage (with brute force if Cole's not skinny enough) once the Raw EC match kicks off @ NWO... Have Seamus sat at the desk laughing and exclaiming "[boom].... Vintage Big Show...... [Boom].... Vintage HHH.... [boom] Vintage WSSlam" as he inadvertantly walks into everyone's finnishers and is just left in the corner to rot whilst the guys continue to take care of the serious business.
Maybe that or use him to suspect the title above the ring at TLC so that when guys do the 'dangling by the belt' spot when the ladder get's knocked over they can be hung by Cole's legs whilst we watch them 'detached' from his body 'the hard way'.
One night only.... Draft him to CZW. :shifty:

But for what you said about King, I always felt he was over-rated/annouying. Just right now, Cole is covering that up for him. One thing that's a pet peeve with him, is exactly what he did on RAW. He randomly pops up and gets into it with wrestlers. But yet when shit happens in the ring, he just sits there and talks in his somber voice. Like when Jamie Noble was "killed"... twice. I get what your saying but to be fair that's more a cricicism of the writers than anything.... When the Noble beatdowns were happening he prob didn't know he'd end up working with him the following week and that he should be selling it rather than shutting up and "letting the action do the talking".

Well not to defend Cole as far as Sheamus goes but I think the way he sold Noble getting the fuck beaten out of him worked because it added to the seriousness and legitimacy. I'd much rather have Cole somberly talking about the action than JR screaming "DAMN HIM, DAMN SHEAMUS STRAIGHT TO HELL! SCALDED DOGS BARBECUE SAUCE AND SLOBBERKNOCKERS!"
But yeah Michael Cole sucks as a commentator. It's too bad Bobby Heenan isn't feeling well. I would love to have him back behind the announcer's table.
