I've not watched SmackDown, but anytime previously there was a handicap match for a singles title it's always been the man who makes the pin becomes the sole champion.

I might throw up if that happens. Otis is cool and all, but he doesn't scream to me Champion, but theirs been guys in WWE who had that said about them and turn out successful Champions when they won the big one. Mandy screwing over Otis seems more likely to me.
