WWE has appointed a new senior vice president, head of investor relations.
The company announced today in a press release that Seth Zaslow has been appointed to the role, replacing executive Michael Weitz in that position. Weitz will remain with the company, now responsible for treasury, capital and corporate projects. Both will report to CFO Frank Riddick, according to the release.
Zaslow has served in similar roles for Virgin Galactic and AMC Networks. Earlier in his career, he worked for Time Warner and Cablevision.
Zaslow's appointing continues something of a shakeup atop WWE's executive structure. Former CFO Kristina Salen left the company in November 2021, just hours after taking part in an investors call. Riddick, who had been serving on the company's board of directors, then took over as CFO, a role he had filled in an interim capacity in the past.
“I’m delighted to be joining the talented people at WWE. In partnership with the executive leadership team, this position will play an important role in driving long-term shareholder value,” Zaslow said in the press release.
