I know in the past Tony has had to wait off talking to people he wanted until their contract had expired, he has mentioned as such in interviews before. So why he would suddenly forget this seems strange to me.

It sounds more like Jeff just said he's going there without AEW reaching out to him in which case there isn't a case to be had.

Plus trying to sue Papa Khan is like trying to sue Mr Burns.... You ain't gonna win.
