The way I'm thinking right now is three options for how it would be organized.

Single Member chooses a tag team of any combo of wrestlers.

or

Member + Member sign up together and choose one wrestler a piece

or
(my personal favorite and most likely route because I love a bit of randomization and chaos)
Members all sign up, they randomly get paired with another Member, then they choose one wrestler each, but their partner doesn't know who they chose.
