Ladies, Gentlemen, and Enby folx of the WrestlingSmarks Kingdom
I, Jonny Nostradamus, do decree that it is time to crown a King and Queen of the virtual wrestling ring.
How you may ask? Allow me to explain:
- Members of the forum sign up to participate in an A.I. vs A.I. Tournament on WWE 2K22 (Male, female or both)
- Members choose their wrestler
(either from the in-game roster or a CAW of any real world wrestler available on Community Creations)
- To choose a wrestler, after signing up for the tournament,
private message @Nostradamus a list of up to TEN OPTIONS for your representative.
- It is first come, first serve. You may get the 1st pick on your list or you may get the 2nd, 6th, or 10th,
depending on the lists of other members.
- Only YOU will know who represents you in the tournament, you will not know your opponent's choices,
nor will they know yours until it begins. This is to avoid potential tomfoolery.
What are the tournaments?
- There will be two running simultaneously, a King of the Ring Tournament and a Queen of the Ring Tournament.
- Both tournaments will be Single Elimination, your rep loses and you're out!
- You may enter one tournament or you may enter both tournaments, your choice.
- The brackets are decided randomly, not by the order of your sign up.
- If the number of participants is uneven, and a solution cannot be thought of, I will insert myself in the tournament(s), there are no free passes.
- The matches will be recorded and organized into videos for each round and each side of the bracket.
How will the matches work?
While WWE 2K22 is a VASTLY improved game over its predecessors, it is not free from bugs and annoyances.
To remedy any potential issues, the matches will be played under the following Custom Match Type:
- Wrestlers will be confined to the ring, there is no ring-out allowed.
- Wrestlers will compete under "Last Man Standing" rules, meaning they must make their opponent
stay down for a referee's count of ten.
- DQ is off, so Payback abilities such as Power of the Punch, Poison Mist and Low Blow are allowed.
As is untying the turnbuckle pad and utilizing it.
Where weapons are also allowed.

What do the winners get?
The winner(s) of the King and Queen of the Ring Tournaments will get the pride of being named King and/or Queen, as well as the following:
- The winner of the KotR Tourney will be able to use this in their signature, customized to their forum name at the time of winning and their male representative
-The winner of the QotR Tourney will be able to use this in their signature, customized to their forum name at the time of winning and their female representative
- Your choice of either a 3-Year VIP Membership (definitely worth it
) or a wonderful Mystery Box from Booty @DJ Jazzy Jake(or a small cash prize [$25] from me in place of the Mystery Box)
(If you somehow win both tourneys, you get to both prizes)
- In the future, the prize(s) may be different.
