So far the PC version is really fun and looking amazing, but the optimization and performance are horrible...

Pretty good, a good upgrade from the last years one but definitely not worth 60 bucks unless you're super into the series.

What would it make it "worth it"?

In my opinion? Since the base game looks complete, it's time to up the character models by actively using the motion capture system more. The wrestlers in the game currently look nothing like the actual wrestlers themselves. If 2k wants to sell this game as the most authentic Wrestling game out on the market... they'll have to invest more into this area of the game.

The Career mode is by far the best one so far in the 2K era.

Give branching storylines ala WWF No Mercy, get rid of VC and stick to XP points or skill points, trash the garbage loot box setup. That's just some of the few things they can do imo.
