WWE 2k16 Release Date Info
WWE 2K16 video game will be released in October of this year. IGN notes that it will be released domestically on October 27th and internationally on October 30th.

It seems the "Current Gen and Last Gen" versions will not be split this year. They say the reason was because the game needed more time (The Game must have been bad -- did you see the final product?). No announcements yet on a PC Version but I doubt that will be released at the same time as consoles, maybe Christmas if not January -- my prediction. But never say never right?.
