Match summary: Cedric starts the match off fired up, as he unloads on Shelton catching the veteran by surprise in the early stages. Shelton though uses his experience and a thumb to the eye to get back into the match. From there he controls the match and starts to grind his younger opponent down. Cedric though refuses to give in. The match comes to a close as Shelton Benjamin goes for the T-BONE SUPLEX but Cedric counters into a roll-up 1 2 Shelton rolls through 1 hooks the tights! 2 Cedric kicks out! Shelton gets up as he charges at Cedric and gets ROLLED UP! 1 2 CEDRIC HOOKS THE TIGHTS! 3

Cedric Alexander slides out of the ring as he celebrates his victory tonight. Shelton meanwhile gets to his feet and argues with the referee telling him Cedric hooked his tights. Cedric on the ramp shrugs as Shelton shouts abuse at him as Byron Saxton says turnabout is fair play.

The next segment from the pre-show is from backstage as we can see The Hardy Boyz are in their locker room getting ready for their Falls count anywhere tornado tag match later on tonight. Cathy Kelly walks into the room as she is looking for an interview.
Cathy Kelly: Matt, Jeff. How are you feeling ahead of your tag team match later on tonight?
Matt Hardy: We are feeling absolutely delightful Cathy! We are ready to bring the great war to an end and defeat the raiders of war in glorious combat!
Matt starts to laugh like a crazy person as Cathy and Jeff both look confused by his antics.
Jeff Hardy: I think what my brother was trying to say is tonight we get our chance at revenge. The War Raiders have made our life hell this year. And tonight they will get what they deserve. Tonight they will be...
Matt Hardy: DELETED!
Jeff Hardy: Couldn't have said it better myself.
Jeff high-fives his brother and they both leave the interview set, both men ready for their tornado tag team match later on in tonight's show.

Match summary: Both women start this match off at a fairly fast pace with both Liv and Logan having a reason to get their hands on each other. Logan does take control of the match however as she uses her experience and general nastiness to knock Liv Morgan down. As the match is going on we cut backstage as we can see Ruby Riott is watching the match. Commentary reminds us of what is at stake as Liv Morgan struggles to stay alive.
As the match comes to a close Liv Morgan is being dominated as Sarah Logan taunts her and gets ready to bring this match to an end. Sarah Logan climbs to the top rope as she looks to end this. Logan flies off looking for MANI! She flies off the top rope but Liv Morgan rolls out of the way just in time! Sarah Logan gets back to her feet as Liv sends her into the ropes and follows up with ObLIVion! Liv pulls Logan back to the center of the ring and makes the cover 1 2 3 Liv Morgan picks up the win!

Liv Morgan jumps to her feet and starts celebrating the win. The commentary team put over the stipulation of the match and reminds us this means Sarah Logan is now banned from ringside for tonight's WWE Women's title match.

We then cut backstage to Ruby Riott who we know was watching the match. Kayla Braxton slowly approaches her looking for an interview.
Kayla Braxton: Ruby, a...
Ruby Riott kicks the TV and sends it crashing to the floor with a hard thud. Kayla jumps back a little shocked as Ruby walks past her. Ruby glares at Kayla as she leaves the scene, having made her feelings clear on what just happened. The pre-show then cuts to the panel for one last time as they run through what's going to be on the main card. They then announce we are starting the show off with the Kofi Kingston vs Randy Orton Hell in a Cell match!

After the usual video introduction to the show, we then cut to the commentary team of Byron Saxton and Corey Graves who welcome us to the show.
Byron Saxton: It's Sunday and you know what that means.Hello and welcome to Halloween Havoc taking place in Louisiana, New Orleans!
Corey Graves: And what a massive show we have in store.
The camera quickly pans over as we see the red Hell in a Cell structure start to lower as it makes its way down until it covers the ring.
Corey Graves: One of the most demonic structures in WWE history. Fighting inside Hell in a Cell has changed careers.
Byron Saxton: Shortened them as well.
Corey Graves: And we are starting the show with Kofi Kingston versus Randy Orton inside Hell in a Cell! Let's take a look at how we got here!

Before the first match of the night, we get a video package that runs through the history these two men have cutting between 2009 and 2019. We see the two MSG spots, Kofi attacking and destroying Orton's car, Orton attacking the New Day. We then finish the promo with both men talking about their hate for one another before we return to the ring to start the show off with a bang.

A massive mixed reaction but it is only 25% cheers from the crowd as Randy Orton slowly walks to the ring. He looks at the fans coldly and stops for a moment as he sees a sign praising Kofi. He snarls and shakes his head before carrying on his walk to the ring. He approaches the cell and walks through the door as he enters hell.
Corey Graves: Byron if you ask me, I can't see Orton losing this match. Not only does he have the advantage in experience but he is also willing to whatever it takes to win a match.
Byron Saxton: You might be right Corey. You know how big a fan I am of Kofi Kingston and the rest of the New Day. But Kofi is stepping into an environment where you have to throw your morals out the window. He is about to step into the Devil's playground with someone as evil as the devil himself.
Big E: Awwwww New Orleans don't you dare be sour. Clap for your world-famous former WWE champion and feel the power!
A massive pop from the live crowd as Kofi Kingston makes his way out. There is no dancing, no messing about, no pancakes. Kofi is all business tonight. We see Big E and Xavier Woods behind him as they psych their friend up. He takes a moment to hug the pair and heads to the ring. He walks down the ramp with a purpose as he stares down the smirking Randy Orton. Kofi steps inside the cage as the referee on the outside closes the door behind him and locks it! Kofi steps into the ring as he stares at Randy Orton. The referee in the ring then calls for the bell to get this underway!
Hell in a Cell: Kofi Kingston vs Randy Orton
As soon as the bell rings Kofi jumps onto Orton and starts wailing on the Viper! He lays into him with several punches and doesn't show any sign of stopping as he lets out 10 years worth of anger! Kofi gets to his feet as Orton stumbles up holding his head but Kofi isn't done as he Irish whips Orton into the corner of the ring! Kofi follows up as he leaps onto Orton in the corner and starts laying into his with several punches as he mounts Orton in the corner!
The crowd chant along with the punches as Kofi gets to 10 and just keeps going as he batters Randy in the corner of the ring! Kofi finally lets up after getting to 20 punches and back off as Orton starts to stumble out of the corner, dazed after the wild start by Kofi. Kofi isn't done as he charges at Orton and sends him tumbling to the outside with a clothesline! Randy Orton stumbles to his feet on the outside of the ring as Kofi runs off the ropes and hits a SUICIDE DIVE SENDING ORTON CRASHING INTO THE CELL!
The crowd cheer Kofi on as he gets to his feet and looks at Randy who is stumbling and runs back into the ring as he hits ANOTHER SUICIDE DIVE CRASHING INTO THE CELL AGAIN! Kofi looks at Orton leaning against the cell in pain and runs back into the ring for a THIRD TIME AND HITS ANOTHER SUICIDE DIVE! We are seeing a side of Kofi that we have never seen before!
Kofi gets to his feet and grabs Randy Orton as he sends him into the steel cage! Orton bounces off the cell and falls into the corner of the cell. Kofi looks at Orton and charges in hitting him with a STINGER SPLASH IN THE CORNER OF THE CELL! Kofi is still on his feet as Orton falls to the floor having not been able to mount any offense due to Kofi's start to the match! Kofi though isn't done laying a beating on Orton as he walks back towards the ring and starts to look under the ring apron!
Kofi takes a few seconds to have a look under the ring before he pulls out a RAINBOW COLOURED KENDO STICK! Byron on commentary mentions Big E and Woods must have left it under the ring for their boy! Kofi walks over to Orton ready to wail on him with the kendo stick... ORTON HITS KOFI WITH A LOW BLOW! Kofi doubles over dropping the kendo stick as the crowd reign down boos on Orton but the Viper doesn't give a damn.
Orton gets back to his feet selling the impact of the early assault by Kofi. He stands over his rival as he grabs Kofi by the hair and shouts “STUPID” at him! Orton then SLAMS HIS HEAD INTO THE CELL WALL! Orton grabs Kofi from behind and grinds his face into the cell wall, looking to hurt Kofi! The fans boo the Viper who pulls Kofi away from the wall and Irish whips him towards the STEEL STEPS... KOFI THOUGH JUMPS OVER THEM AND GRABS ONTO THE CELL WALL!
Orton is taken by surprise as Kofi climbs up the cell a tiny bit before using it to jump off and WIPES OUT ORTON WITH A DIVING CROSSBODY! An amazing show of agility from Kofi inside the Cell and he is not done with Orton as he rolls the Viper back into the ring. He climbs onto the ring apron looking to follow Randy back inside the ring but the Viper catches him with a shot to the gut! Kofi is caught on the ropes as Orton uses this to his advantage as he pulls Kofi through the ropes and hits him with a HANGMAN DDT! Orton lets out an evil smirk having gotten himself back in control once again and makes the first cover of the match 1 2 Kofi kicks out!
Orton smirks, almost happy he will get to inflict even more pain on Kofi. He grabs hold of Kofi and starts to work over him with a headlock slowing down the pace for a moment. Kofi looks like he might escape from the hold so quickly transitions into a Russian Legsweep dropping Kofi for a moment. Orton looks at Kofi down on the mat and smirks as he rolls out of the ring as he sees the kendo stick Kofi had grabbed from under the ring. Orton makes his way back inside as he slowly stalks Kofi.
He points the stick at Kofi as he asks if this was his friends' way of helping him. Kofi doesn't respond as Orton smirks and WHACKS HIM WITH THE KENDO STICK! Kofi cries out in pain as Orton is in total control and looks to make Kofi suffer! He hits him a few more times with the kendo stick giving Kofi a beating! Orton isn't done there though as he grabs Kofi off the mat and uses the kendo stick to hit a MODIFIED RUSSIAN LEGSWEEP! Orton makes the cover 1 2 Kofi kicks out!
Orton smirks as he looks to the outside and the kendo stick having an evil idea. He yanks Kofi back up off the mat by the hair but Kofi fights back getting a couple of blows on the Viper the delight of the crowd! Kofi is taking back control and runs off the ropes looking for a double axe handle BUT ORTON WIPES HIM OUT WITH A CLOTHESLINE! Boos from the crowd as Kofi is cut off one more time. Orton shakes his head and mocks Kofi as he lays into him with a few stomps to the back!
Orton then grabs Kofi and tosses him to the outside of the ring causing Kofi to hit the floor with a hard thud! Orton slowly makes his way to the outside and grabs Kofi sending him into the corner of the ring with a hard thud! Kofi's head bounces off the cage as he turns around to face Orton as the Viper hits him with a couple of European uppercuts in the corner! Orton then makes his way back to the ring as he grabs the kendo stick and clobbers Kofi with the stick as he is pressed against the cell!
Orton then uses the kendo stick and presses it into the THROAT OF KOFI AGAINST THE WALL! Orton keeps it there for a good 10 seconds before letting go as Kofi falls to the floor coughing and spluttering! Orton is far from done though and starts whacking Kofi on the back several times with the rainbow kendo sticks destroying Kofi's back as he falls to the floor by the ring apron! The stick breaks so Orton tosses it to the side and looks to grab Kofi to do more damage... BUT KOFI SMASHES HIM IN THE FACE WITH A TROMBONE!
The New Day have left their boy an armory of weapons it seems tonight! Orton falls back holding his jaw. Kofi gets to his feet using the cage for support and smashes the TROMBONE OVER ORTON'S BACK! The trombone breaks as Orton falls to the floor for a moment giving Kofi some time to recover. Kofi takes a moment as he makes his way back to the ring apron and looks for a weapon as he pulls out A BUNCH OF KENDO STICKS AND A BAKING TRAY!
Corey wonders why they left a baking tray under the ring as Byron quips it might have been left over from them making some pancakes for Big E. Orton gets back to his feet as Kofi smashes him on the head with the metal tray causing Orton to fall to the floor. Kofi then grabs a few of the kendo sticks and he pulls the ring skirt up. He then makes a series of bridges in between the cell and the ring apron with the kendo sticks. Kofi turns around as he looks to grab Orton but the Viper fights back nearly sending Kofi onto the kendo sticks...
Kofi though keeps his balance and uses the cell as a springboard to hit a TORNADO DDT TO THE FLOOR! Kofi then drags the prone body of Randy Orton and places him onto the kendo sticks between the cell and the ring apron! Kofi climbs onto the ring apron with the baking tray in hand. He goes “BOOM BOOM” and flies off the ring apron HITTING A BOOM DROP WITH THE BAKING TRAY TO ORTON!
The kendo sticks break underneath the weight of Orton and Kofi as Corey Graves says that will surely leave splinters in the back of the Viper! Orton is in pain as Kofi Kingston takes a moment to get to his feet. He grabs the Viper and rolls him back into the ring. He doesn't follow him in straight away though as he grabs one of the rainbow kendo sticks that isn't broken and rolls back into the ring.

Orton struggles back to a seated person selling the damage to his back from the impact of the modified boom drop on the outside of the ring as Kofi whacks him in the chest with the kendo stick! He lays in several strikes to the chest before finishing off by smashing Orton over the head with it! Orton drops to the mat as the stick breaks. Kofi tosses it to the outside and makes the cover 1 2 Orton kicks out!
Kofi doesn't look too disappointed that Orton kicked out and rolls to the outside. He grabs the baking tray off the ring floor and slides back into the ring. He places it onto the mat as he lifts Orton off the mat and hits him with a BELLY TO BACK SUPLEX ONTO THE BAKING TRAY! Orton winces in pain as Kofi makes the cover 1 2 Orton kicks out! Kofi is in control as the commentary team put over Kofi and talk about him finding another side of himself.
Kofi looks at Orton who is getting back to a seated position and runs off the ropes hitting him with a basement dropkick keeping him down for a moment. Kofi gives Orton a few punches to the head looking to make sure he stays down. Once he is happy Orton isn't going to get back up as he rolls to the outside of the ring. He looks under the ring before taking a few moments as he pulls a LADDER FROM UNDER THE RING!
Kofi lifts it into the air getting a pop from the crowd... which turns to boos as Orton hits a baseball slide sending the ladder into Kofi's face and crushing him between the cell wall! Kofi falls to the floor as Orton looks at his opponent and calls him stupid once again. Orton then looks at Kofi and the ladder on the floor next to him, smirking to himself. Orton grabs the ladder and smashes him with it several times! Kofi gets up and tries to fight back but Orton uses the ladder to PUSH HIM INTO THE CELL WALL WITH THE LADDER CRUSHING KOFI!
Kofi slides down the side of the cell, selling the impact of Orton crushing him between the ladder and the cell wall. Orton turns to Kofi and grabs him by the head as he runs his face along the cell wall! Loud boos as Kofi is in a ton of pain. Orton grabs him by the cheeks and calls him stupid prompting Kofi to SLAP HIM! Loud cheers from the crowd as Kofi shows some fight as he gets a couple of punches in on Orton but as he goes for a third, Orton counters with a SCOOP SLAM ONTO THE LADDER!
Orton gets back to his feet as he looks at Kofi rolling onto the floor and looks happy with himself. Orton looks at the cell wall and back at Kofi as he smirks to himself. He grabs Kofi and lays into him with several punches and tosses Kofi into the corner of the cell! He then pulls Kofi up by the head and grabs his dreadlocks as he TIES HIS HAIR TO THE CELL WALL! Loud boos from the crowd as Orton slams Kofi with a few punches to the head as he is momentarily trapped on the cell wall!
Orton walks away from Kofi and smiles as he sees the ladder on the floor. He looks at Kofi who is still stuck to the wall by his hair. He grabs the ladder and SLAMS IT INTO KOFI WHILST HE IS TRAPPED ON THE CELL WALL! A brutal attack from Orton as Kofi droops down with his hair still tied to the cell! Orton smashes him with the ladder a few more times, inflicting even more pain to Kofi! Orton tosses the ladder to the floor behind him as he looks at Kofi and smashes him a few times with his forearm, smashing his head into the cell!
Kofi is struggling big time as Orton smirks and makes his way back towards the ring apron as he looks under the ring and eventually pulls out a SLEDGEHAMMER! Commentary put over his history with Triple H and also mentions HHH's history instead of Hell in a Cell. Kofi is still out of it as Orton charges at him BUT KOFI WAKES UP JUST IN TIME AND SCALES THE CELL CAUSING ORTON TO MISS KOFI! Orton hits the wall instead and stumbles backwards allowing Kofi to BOUNCE OFF THE WALL HITTING A MODIFIED TROUBLE IN PARADISE!
Orton falls to the floor as Kofi lands on the floor but winces in pain as his hair is still caught in the cell wall. Kofi takes a moment to untie his hair and frees himself from the cell wall! Cheers from the crowd as Kofi grabs his head and takes a moment to sell the impact of the beating he has taken so far in this match. Orton meanwhile is still on the floor out cold. Kofi grabs the limp body of Orton and rolls his into the ring. Once back inside Kofi makes the cover

Kofi shakes his head, slightly frustrated that Orton was able to survive. Kofi looks at Orton before looking at the ladder on the outside of the ring. He rolls to the outside and places the ladder in the ring. He takes a moment to set it up in the corner of the ring, taking his time as he lines it up in the corner. He slowly makes the climb and gets halfway up the ladder... as Randy Orton joins him on it!
Both men make their way to the top of the ladder as they stare each other down and starts trading blows at the top of the ladder. Both men vie for control but the damage done to Kofi throughout the match proves to be too much as Orton takes control of the battle at the top of the ladder! Orton grabs hold of Kofi as he lives him up and hits a SUPERPLEX OFF THE LADDER! Both men lay on the mat for a moment selling the impact of the massive move. Orton eventually rolls over and makes the cover

Orton look at the referee after Kofi kicks out, glaring a hole through him. He gets to his feet as he looks down at Kofi angry as hell and starts hitting him with the GARVIN STOMP! He stomps on each of Kofi's limbs shouting “STUPID” after each stomp. He finally gets to Kofi's head and finishes off by jumping into the air landing on Kofi's head! Orton makes the cover 1 2 Kofi kicks out! Orton looks at Kofi on the mat and begins to stalk his prey as he goes down to all fours as he pounds the mat. Kofi slowly stumbles to his feet as Orton hits the RK... KOFI COUNTERS INTO AN SOS ONTO THE BAKING TRAY STILL IN THE RING!

Both men get to their feet as Orton looks furious but Kofi leaping into the arm planting him with a flying clothesline! Kofi is fired up as he runs through Orton with a running double axe handle! Kofi rebounds off the ropes hitting him with another running double axe handle! Kofi leaps onto the ropes and springboards off looking for a crossbody... but Orton catches him in mid-air and hits him with an INVERTED HEADLOCK BACKBREAKER! Kofi clutches his back as Orton scoops him up and connects with an ANGLE SLAM! Orton makes the cover

Orton glares at Kofi down on the mat and gives him a stomp to the mid-section. He looks at Kofi and rolls to the outside as he looks under the ring apron. Orton takes his time as he looks for something to end this match and finally pulls out a TABLE! He slides it into the ring and sets it up in the middle of the ring before making his way back over to Kofi Kingston as he hits him with a few hard strikes, wearing his rival down.
He then yanks Kofi off the mat and looks to go for a POWERBOMB THROUGH THE TABLE... BUT KOFI FIGHTS BACK AND PUNCHES ORTON IN THE HEAD REPEATEDLY! Kofi is then able to reverse it into a HURRICARANA SENDING ORTON FACE FIRST INTO THE LADDER! Orton stumbles back forward as Kofi leaps into the air and springboards off the ropes onto the ladder as he plants Orton with a tornado DDT! Kofi makes the cover

Kofi gets back to his feet, using the ropes to help him up having gone through a war. It's now his turn to line Orton up as he gets ready for TROUBLE IN PARADISE! Orton stumbles to his feet as Kofi goes for it... Orton ducks and goes for RKO... KOFI PUSHES HIM OFF! Orton goes backwards as Kofi leaps into the air and wipes him out a flying clothesline! Kofi then signals to the crowd as he goes “Boom Boom” with the crowd joining in. He runs off the ropes but as he comes back Orton leaps up RKO! Orton plants Kofi and makes the cover!

Orton looks furious as the crowd goes wild delighted Kofi kicked out of the RKO. Orton even goes as far as to grab the referee's shirt and press him into the corner but the ref insists it was a 2 count. Orton shakes his head as he sees Kofi struggling to his knees and he smiles. He turns around in the corner and starts to line Kofi up for the PUNT KICK! The crowd boos loudly as they know what comes next. He charges in but Kofi moves just in time and LOW BLOWS ORTON! Revenge for earlier in the match. Orton is in a ton of pain as Kofi gets to his feet and hits TROUBLE IN PARADISE!
Orton falls to the mat as Kofi looks at him but shakes his head and doesn't make the cover! Orton is out for the count but Kofi isn't done! He picks up the limp body of Orton and places him on the table in the ring. Kofi then looks to the ladder in the corner of the ring and makes the climb. He reaches the top as he looks at Orotn but then looks at the CELL ROOF! Kofi grabs onto the ceiling as he makes his way above Orton, HANGING FROM THE ROOF OF THE CELL AND LETS GO AS HE HITS A DIVING BOOM DROP ONTO ORTON SENDING HIM THROUGH THE TABLE! Kofi lays next to Orton in the wreckage before slowly crawling over and onto Orton as he makes the cover!

Both men lay in the wreckage after the ring bell rings with neither man moving. The crowd though cheer happy to see Kofi pick up the win over The Viper Randy Orton and eventually he gets to his feet with a little help from the referee. He raises his hand into the air as Orton lays out cold in the ring!
Byron Saxton: Kofi did it! He went through hell and defeated the Viper Randy Orton!
Corey Graves: I didn't think he could do it but somehow Kofi won.
Byron Saxton: Kofi put his body on the line and went to places he has never been before to pick up the victory tonight!
The referee on the outside opens the cell door as Kofi walks out and starts to celebrate on the entrance ramp to the delight of the live crowd. Meanwhile in the ring, we see medics come in and look to check on the Viper Randy Orton. Randy though pushes them away as he glares at Kofi as he walks up the ramp and shakes his head as Kofi gets the final victory in their 10-year rivalry and surely will move onto better things.

We cut backstage as we see Xavier Woods and Big E celebrating the victory backstage! As they are celebrating we see Kayla Braxton walk into the ring room and Big E responds by hugging her!
Big E: Did you see that Kayla? Did you see that!
Kayla can't help but smile at the infectious Big E.
Kayla Braxton: I did and you two must be delighted.
Xavier Woods: We are more than delighted. Our best friend finally got to give Randy Orton a beating he has been due for ten years!
Big E: And now our boy can get focus on getting back the title that was stolen from him!
Xavier Woods: And become W W E champion!
Kayla Braxton: That's good to hear but what's next for you two?
Big E: There is one thing that was missing from Kofi's reign as champion.
Xavier Woods: The New Day holding the tag team titles as well!
Big E: And it doesn't matter who walks out with the tag team titles, we want our titles back. And we will become six-time tag team champions!
Xavier Woods: Even if it's The Revival who win tonight, we will become champions once again because...

Loud boos from the crowd as Jinder Mahal makes his way out. Jinder though doesn't focus on the fans and instead marches to the ring, knowing a win tonight could get his career back on track.
Corey Graves: Jinder Mahal is a former WWE and United States champion. Tonight he has the chance to add the Intercontinental title to his collection!
Byron Saxton: Jinder represents a very different challenge for Pete Dunne compared to Luke Harper but Pete Dunne has fought wrestlers around the world before coming to the WWE.
A loud pop from the live crowd as Pete Dunne makes his way out, lifting the Intercontinental title into the air as he stares down Jinder Mahal in the ring. Pete Dunne makes his way down the ramp at a quick pace as he slides into the ring and immediately gets in Jinder Mahal's face! Jinder smirks as Pete Dunne raises his Intercontinental title into the air before the usual title introduction are done. The referee then calls for the bell and this match is underway!

Once the bell rings, Pete Dunne and Jinder Mahal lock up in the center of the ring. Jinder tries to get Pete Dunne in a headlock but Dunne counters and takes Jinder Mahal down to the mat! He grabs hold of Jinder's arm and just starts stomping on it brutally! Pete Dunne once he is finished stomping on Jinder's arm grabs the fingers as he looks to SNAP THEM! Jinder though desperately fights Pete Dunne off and rolls to the outside taking a breather already!
Jinder on the outside takes a moment to rest but Pete Dunne isn't done as he follows Jinder to the outside and clobbers him with a forearm smash! He then grabs Jinder and throws him back into the ring looking to keep the early pressure up. Pete Dunne slides back into the ring but Jinder cheap shots him as he comes through the ropes! Boos from the crowd but Jinder doesn't care as he lifts Pete Dunne up and hits him with a DDT! Jinder makes the cover 1 2 Dunne kicks out!
Jinder has the edge and looks to take control as he starts working over Pete Dunne in the center of the ring as he tries to keep the Bruiserweight grounded! Jinder starts going after the arm as he tries to take away the submissions and hard-hitting style Dunne uses! Jinder keeps Dunne grounded but Dunne eventually breaks free as he smashes Dunne in the face with a forearm smash sending Jinder Mahal backwards!
Pete Dunne shakes his arm as he gets some feeling back into it before catching Jinder as he comes back at him with another forearm smash! Pete Dunne then grabs hold of Jinder Mahal and hits him with a RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX! Jinder flies across the ring as Dunne charges in and hits a basement dropkick! Dunne makes the cover 1 2 Jinder kicks out! Dunne at this point grabs Jinder's arm after the kick out and starts to manipulate the joints as Jinder shouts in pain but the Mararajah gets his hand on the bottom rope.
Dunne keeps twisting the arm but let's go on the count of 3. Jinder grabs his arm selling the damage done by Pete Dunne so far but the Bruiserweight is far from done! He makes his way over to Jinder and once again lays in several stomps causing the referee to warn Pete Dunne about his aggression. This though proves to be the distraction Jinder needs as he trips Pete Dunne up and lays into him with several punches as he looks to keep his smaller opponent down!
He grabs Pete Dunne off the mat and sends him across the ring with an OVERHEAD BELLY TO BACK SUPLEX! Jinder showing off his power and muscles here. He grabs Pete Dunne off the mat and once again works over him to boos from the crowd before lifting him off the mat hitting him with a stun gun on the ropes! Dunne bounces off the ropes as Jinder follows up with a neckbreaker! Jinder makes the cover 1 2 Dunne kicks out!
Jinder puts Dunne in a cravate position and starts hitting him with several knee strikes to the head as he wears down the champion! Jinder lifts Pete Dunne into the air and plants him with a VERTICAL SUPLEX! Jinder makes the cover 1 2 Dunne kicks out! Jinder gets annoyed as he once again starts working over Pete Dunne and tries to lock in a CAMEL CLUTCH but Dunne gets an arm free and counters into a KIMURA!
Jinder desperately scrambles to the ropes, grabbing hold of them to force a break! Dunne finally let's go on the count of 4 as Jinder grabs his left arm which is in a ton of pain. Dunne meanwhile grabs hold of Jinder lifting him up as he hits him with the X-PLEX (Rolling release suplex)! Jinder Mahal lands with a hard thud on the mat as Pete Dunne follows up by jumping into the air and hits a DOUBLE FOOT STOMP TO THE LEFT ARM!
Pete Dunne isn't done as he starts laying in several boots to the chest and left arm of Jinder Mahal working over his challenger. He lifts Jinder off the mat and looks like he is about to go for the BITTER END... BUT JINDER RAKES THE EYES! Loud boos from the crowd but Jinder doesn't care as he clocks Dunne in the jaw and lifts him up hitting him with a spinebuster! Jinder makes the cover 1 2 Dunne kicks out!
Jinder though looks to keep the pressure up as he flips Pete Dunne over and locks in a CAMEL CLUTCH! Jinder looks to wrench the hold back as he tries to force a tap from the champion Pete Dunne but Dunne refuses to give up his title that easily! He tries to crawl to the ropes but Jinder breaks the hold just before he makes it and stomps on the back as he brings Dunne back towards the center of the ring!
He locks the hold back in, trapping Dunne in the center of the ring as cranks back on Dunne's neck. Dunne though spits the mouth guard out and BITES JINDER'S ARM! Dunne cheating back after Jinder cheated just now! Jinder is forced to let go of the hold due to the pain that the bite did to his arm! Dunne though pounces on this as he grabs Jinder's left arm and pulls it back. Jinder though goes for a punch to the head but Dunne catches the fist! Dunne twists the right arm back pinning down his left arm and... SNAPS JINDER MAHAL'S FINGERS!
Jinder screams in pain as Pete Dunne looks happy with the damage he has done to Jinder! Pete Dunne follows up by booting Jinder in the arm and hits him with several vicious stomps to the head. He then lifts Jinder up off the mat and plants him with the BITTER END! However, Dunne chooses to not make the cover and instead grabs the left arm of Jinder Mahal as he locks him in a CROSS ARMBREAKER! Pete Dunne is even able to grab the fingers on the left hand of Jinder and gets ready to snap them... JINDER TAPS OUT!
Winner via submission and still Intercontinental champion: Pete Dunne (8:10)
Pete Dunne lets go of Jinder Mahal's arm, as Jinder saves the fingers on his left arm. Jinder falls to the outside clutching the fingers in his left hand that Pete Dunne has dislocated. Meanwhile, the Bruiserweight is passed his Intercontinental title as he starts to celebrate in the ring.
Corey Graves: Pete Dunne picks up the win but surely you can't be happy with him biting Jinder to break out of the camel clutch!
Byron Saxton: Turn about is fair play Corey. Pete Dunne only cheated when Jinder Mahal raked his eyes to escape the Bitter End in the first place!
Pete Dunne in the ring meanwhile has no issues with celebrating his win. He places his Intercontinental title between his teeth as he stands tall in the ring and does his signature pose for the crowd as Jinder Mahal watches on, clutching his right hand which must be in a ton of pain.
Corey Graves: Well up next, we will see The War Raiders go to war with The Hardy Boyz. Let’s take a look at how we got here!

We cut to a video package that shows us the long rivalry between these two teams since the thread began. It shows their first clashes over the WWE tag team titles before Jeff Hardy got injured in an attack by The War Raiders. We then cut to their second feud just before Summerslam with Jeff returning but this time Bray Wyatt injured him! We see the Hurricane return to team up with Matt Hardy but the War Raiders won quickly. We finally cut to Jeff's return with him helping Matt win an ambulance match against Bray Wyatt and costing the War Raiders their qualifying match against Miz and Morrison to set this match up! The package finishes with their promos on each other as Matt promises to delete them whilst the War Raiders promise to put the Hardys on the shelf for good tonight.

Boos from the live crowd as we return from the commercial break. The War Raiders march out to the ring. They have war paint on their cheeks as they let out a roar and stand at the top of the ramp.
Corey Graves: Tonight we might see the end of this great War between the Hardy Boyz and the War... wait Byron look at the stage!
And right on cue (thanks Kevin Dunn), the camera pans up as we see THE HARDY BOYZ STOOD ON TOP OF THE TITANTRON! The War Raiders looks up as THE HARDY BOYZ DIVE OFF THE TOP OF THE STAGE ONTO BOTH MEN! A holy shit chant starts up as the referee who was in the ring comes over. Both the Hardy Boyz get to their feet after a while though Matt struggles to get to stand properly and has to lean on the LED screen. We cut to a replay of that spectacular dive before cutting back to the action as the referee calls for the bell!
Corey Graves: Why is the referee calling for the bell?
Byron Saxton: It's falls count anywhere Corey. It doesn't need to finish in the ring and it looks like it doesn't need to start in the ring either!

Jeff makes the cover as Matt stands guard!

Matt falls to the floor as he weirdly clutches his leg and rolls to the side. Meanwhile, Rowe grabs Jeff Hardy lifting him into the air, and tosses him across the stage with an OVERHEAD BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX! Jeff lands with a hard thud as Rowe checks on his partner Hanson and helps him up. Both men talk to each other as they look at Matt Hardy who is currently being seen to by the medical team as the referee can be seen throwing up an X.
Both men smile and turn towards Jeff Hardy as they look to inflict some more damage! They make their way over to Jeff Hardy and starts laying into him with a few punches to the head! Hanson drags Jeff Hardy off the mat but Hardy fights back frantically fighting them off! Hanson falls backwards as Rowe charges in but Jeff hits him with an SIT-OUT JAWBREAKER ONTO THE STAGE!
Rowe kneels on the ramp selling the impact as Jeff Hardy jumps onto his back and uses him to hit a ONE-MAN POETRY IN MOTION TO HANSON! Hanson falls to the floor as Jeff makes the cover 1 2 Hanson kicks out! Jeff Hardy is starting to realize he may have to do this on his own as he heads towards the ring! He lifts up the ring apron and looks underneath as he pulls out a LADDER!
Jeff starts to head up the ramp as Rowe charges down the ramp towards him but Jeff runs him over with the ladder wiping him out! Jeff carries on up the ramp as he charges at Hanson going to wipe him out with the ladder but Hanson rolls underneath! He turns back around and catches Jeff with a SPIN KICK DROPPING HIM! Jeff drops the ladder to the side as Hanson picks him up and drops him with an EXPOLDER SUPLEX ONTO THE LADDER! Hanson makes the cover 1 2 MATT HARDY BREAKS IT UP!

Matt gets to his feet, which takes a while due to the damage done to his leg from the dive at the start of the match. He walks over to his brother Jeff who is back on his feet as the pair talk about what they are going to do next. As they are talking the War Raiders rise to their feet. The Hardys nod and grab the ladder as they run (more like walk due to Matt's injury) and wipe them both out with it! Both fall down as Matt shouts to his brother he has an idea!
They grab hold of Rowe as they bring him back up towards the stage with Jeff taking most of the load as Matt limps up the ramp with the ladder in hand. Jeff drops Rowe on the stage as Matt gives him a shot to the gut with the ladder before turning around and taking out Hanson as well! Matt then takes a moment as he places the ladder on the stage ready for Jeff to make the climb! Rowe slowly gets to his feet as Matt Hardy grabs hold of him but Rowe tries to fight him off!
Rowe looks to go for a POWERBOMB INTO THE LADDER... BUT MATT KICKS HIM IN THE GUT (with his non-injured leg)! Matt hurts his bad leg landing back down but follows up with a DDT TO THE STAGE! Rowe falls to the floor as Matt rolls away grabbing his leg which is in even more pain after that landing! As he does JEFF HITS ROWE WITH A SWANTON BOMB! Jeff has to take a moment to sell the impact before he slowly crawls over and makes the cover!

Hanson saves the match just in time as Matt Hardy was unable to stop him from breaking the cover! Jeff Hardy tries to jump onto Hanson and attack him but Hanson catches him and tosses him down the entrance ramp with an OVERHEAD BELLY TO BACK SUPLEX! Jeff Hardy lands with a big thud as Hanson turns around to see Matt Hardy limping towards him so Hanson takes him out a MASSIVE LARIAT!
Matt Hardy falls to the ramp with a hard thud as Hanson stands over him. He grabs Matt and tosses him into the LED board back first! Matt's back bounces off the LED board as Hanson makes the cover 1 2 Matt Hardy kicks out! Hanson looks a little annoyed as he gives Matt a few hard strikes on the mat as Rowe makes his way over to Hanson and the War Raiders have an idea! They both grab Matt Hardy by the throat and HIT HIM WITH A DOUBLE CHOKESLAM OFF THE STAGE!
We don't get to see Matt Hardy laid out down below as the camera stays on the War Raiders as Hanson turns around as JEFF HARDY TOSSES THE LADDER AT HIM DROPPING HANSON! Rowe though pounces on Jeff and attacks him! Rowe knocks Jeff down with a few strikes before lifting him up and tosses him into the LED board! Rowe isn't done as he grabs Jeff and tosses him into a hallway backstage!
The camera doesn't follow straight away but we catch up about 20 seconds later as we see Jeff Hardy and Rowe are in a hallway backstage brawling with each other as Rowe stays in control. Rowe lifts Jeff Hardy up as he sees a table backstage and hits him with a MODIFIED SNAKE EYES! Jeff falls to the floor as Rowe makes the cover and a referee finally catches up to the pair! 1 2 Jeff kicks out!
Rowe looks a little annoyed Jeff was able to survive and drags the younger Hardy off the mat and locks him in a FULL NELSON! Rowe wrenches the hold back on Jeff as the crowd in the background applaud and cheer for Matt Hardy but we don't see why as we stay on the action in the hallway backstage! Jeff Hardy is struggling in the hold as he tries to find a way out but Rowe has it locked in tight. Rowe looks to transition into a knee lift to finish this but JEFF PUSHES OFF THE WALL AND GETS ROWE IN A PINNING PREDICAMENT!

Jeff Hardy nearly stole the victory and you can tell Rowe isn't happy as he charges at Jeff slamming him into the wall backstage with a shoulder charge! Rowe then grabs Jeff staying in control as he Irish whips him into a door opening it! Rowe follows Jeff inside as the daredevil stumbles on the floor selling the impact of the damage done to him. Rowe looks over him as we see a bunch of wrestlers leave the room not wanting to deal with Rowe (Epico, Primo, No Way Jose, etc.)!
Rowe looks to lift Jeff Hardy off the floor but Jeff smashes him in the head with a SUITCASE! Rowe stumbles backwards as Jeff hits him again causing Rowe to go all wobbly legs. Jeff Hardy places the plastic suitcase on the floor as he grabs Rowe and hits him with a DDT ONTO THE SUITCASE! Jeff rolls over and makes the cover 1 2 Rowe kicks out! Jeff has to lean on the bench in the locker room as he tries to think how he's going to win this match.
Jeff looks around the room as he tries to find something to use before spotting a FIRE EXTINGUISHER! Jeff Hardy pulls it off the wall as Rowe looks to charges at him but JEFF SPRAYS IT IN HIS FACE! Rowe stumbles backwards as Jeff Hardy jumps into the air wiping out Rowe with a dropkick! Hardy then grabs the fire extinguisher as he BONKS ROWE ON THE HEAD WITH IT! Jeff makes the cover 1 2 Rowe kicks out!
Jeff takes a moment to get to his feet as he looks to be in control now. He looks at Rowe down on the floor and hits him with a few punches as he takes a moment to look around the room before looking up to the top of the lockers! Jeff takes a moment as he steadies himself on top of the lockers, being careful not to headbutt the ceiling! He looks down at Rowe who is still down on the floor as he flies off the locker GOING FOR THE SWANTON BOMB... HANSON SPEARS HIM IN MID-AIR! Hanson makes the cover

Hanson and Rowe look almost happy Jeff kicked out as Hanson drags Jeff Hardy up off the mat. He picks Jeff up but Jeff desperately fights back punching and kicking Hanson! Hanson drops Jeff as he turns around and hits Rowe with a forearm smash. Jeff then looks to the bench on the side and jumps off it wiping both men out with a DOUBLE CLOTHESLINE! Jeff gets back to his feet as he is fired up. He lifts Hanson up and gets ready to go for the TWIST OF FATE BUT HANSON COUNTERS AND HITS JEFF WITH A DOUBLE ROTATION SPINEBUSTER THROUGH THE BENCH!
Jeff lays in the rubble of the bench as Hanson looks over him and thinks about making the cover but Rowe stops him. Rowe can be heard saying that they need to make sure he stays down. Hanson agrees and climbs onto the TOP OF THE LOCKERS! Rowe lifts up Jeff and the War Raiders hit THE FALLOUT! Hanson rolls to the side and guards the door in case Matt Hardy arrives! Rowe meanwhile makes the cover

We can hear the crowd in the background disappointed that Matt Hardy didn't make the save as the crowd boo the War Raiders who celebrate backstage over the down and out Jeff Hardy.
Byron Saxton: A valiant effort by Jeff Hardy tonight but in the end, The War Raiders pick up the win.
Corey Graves: The War Raiders warned the Hardy Boyz there would be casualties and it looks like Matt Hardy suffered a serious injury during the match!
Byron Saxton: You might be right Corey. Matt Hardy was taken away by our top-notch medical team who will be checking him over backstage after he was chokeslammed off the stage.
Corey Graves: I do wonder if the War Raiders ended Matt Hardy's career tonight. However, we can't dwell on that fact for too long as the show must go on. Let's go backstage as Cathy Kelly is ready for an interview.

We cut backstage as we see Cathy Kelly walk into Drew McIntyre's locker room. Drew is sat down with a bottle of water in hand as he stares intensely at the wall. Cathy approaches him looking to gets some words from him.
Cathy Kelly: Drew, tonight is a big night for you. You get the opportunity to step instead Hell in a Cell and face off against Roman Reigns. How are you feeling?
Drew just stares ahead as he takes another sip from the water bottle before speaking.
Drew McIntyre: Tonight, I take what should have been mine at Summerslam. What would have been mine if Shane McMahon didn't hand the title to Roman.
Cathy Kelly: Your match will take part inside Hell in a Cell. Are you feeling any dread before stepping instead the most demonic structure in WWE history?
Drew finishes the bottle of water and shakes his head.
Drew McIntyre: As long as it keeps Shane McMahon and the rest of the Corporation out, I would be fine fighting Roman in the pits of hell itself.
Drew turns to Cathy.
Drew McIntyre: I know what it's like to be the Chosen One Cathy. To have the world promised to you by a McMahon. And then for them to take it away from me.
Drew lifts two fingers up.
Drew McIntyre: Twice. I had to scratch and claw my way back here. I had to fight all over the world just to get back here. To get a second chance. Tonight, I make all the hard work worth it. So I'll ask you this Cathy. I've been through Hell. Has Roman?

A decent pop as we return to the ring as Gran Metalik makes his way out! The Luchadore has a special Halloween based mask with the image of a skull on the front. He sprints down the ramp and jumps over the ropes as he waits for his opponent tonight.
Byron Saxton: This isn't the first time Gran Metalik has competed on a big stage. He was the runner-up in the Cruiserweight classic a few years ago. Tonight he faces a former Intercontinental Champion and a win tonight could kick-start his career.
Corey Graves: Or bring it to an end! Luke Harper is not someone to mess with and is not someone you use to make a name for yourself.
Byron Saxton: Gran Metalik is out for revenge. Luke Harper tried to injure not just Metalik but also his tag team partner and friend Lince Dorado.
Corey Graves: Sometimes you need to pick your battles Byron. Harper will turn a battle into a war.
The crowd are unsure how to react to the new music until Luke Harper walks out onto the stage and they start booing the monster. The monster has a cold glare as he walks to the ring in his jeans and white shirt. Gran Metalik meanwhile is no longer smiling as Luke Harper steps into the ring. The referee has to calm Gran Metalik down. He manages to get Gran Metalik in the corner as Harper moves to the corner as the referee calls for the bell to get this match underway!
As soon as the bell rings, Luke Harper charges towards Gran Metalik looking to take his head off with a big boot! Gran Metalik ducks underneath the boot and runs off the ropes as he looks to hit Harper with a SPRINGBOARD CROSSBODY... HARPER CATCHES HIM! Harper looks to lift Metalik into the air but Gran Metalik fights out of it and lands on the mat! Harper turns around as Metalik hits him with a low dropkick bringing Harper down to a kneeling position. Metalik runs off the ropes but Harper catches him with a lariat wiping him out! Harper makes the cover 1 2 Metalik kicks out!
Luke Harper gets back to his feet as he picks Metalik up and biel tosses his smaller opponent across the ring! Metalik stumbles back to his feet as Harper sends him into the corner of the ring with an Irish whip! Harper follows it up with a body avalanche as he squishes Metalik in the corner of the ring. The commentary team already start to wonder if Metalik has bitten off more than he can chew here against Harper as the larger opponent hits him with a few stiff European uppercuts!
Harper follows up those uppercuts with a few knife edge chops as he dominates his smaller foe in the corner of the ring. The referee starts to count as Harper backs off before following up with a BIG BOOT IN THE CORNER! Gran Metalik falls to the floor selling the impact of that brutal move. Harper drags Metalik out of the corner and makes the cover 1 2 Metalik kicks out! Harper responds as he glares at Metalik and scoops him off the mat as he runs to the corner hitting Metalik with a SNAKE EYES!
Harper grabs the stumbling Metalik and tosses him across the ring with an OVERHEAD BELLY TO BACK SUPLEX... BUT METALIK LANDS ON HIS FEET! Harper turns around as Metalik hits a basement dropkick to Luke Harper's leg! Harper falls down as Metalik follows up with another basement dropkick. Harper falls onto his back as Metalik follows it up with it by heading to the ropes as he jumps onto them and WALKS ACROSS THEM FOLLOWING IT UP WITH AN ELBOW DROP! Amazing agility from Metalik as he makes the cover 1 2 Harper kicks out!

Harper follows it up as he grabs hold of Metalik and locks him in a Modified Cloverleaf, putting a ton of pain on the back of the Cruiserweight! Metalik is in pain as Harper makes sure to put pressure on the back of Metalik but the Cruiserweight makes it to the ropes after a while in the hold! Harper though refuses to let go of the hold until the referee gets to the count of 4! Harper finally relents at that point as Metalik holds onto the ropes with his back in a ton of pain.

Harper though isn't done there as he lifts Metalik off the floor and hits a BELLY TO BACK SUPLEX ONTO THE RING APRON!Metalik falls down to the ring floor as he clutches his back which is now in a ton of pain. Harper smirks and slides back into the ring, as the referee carries on his count which is already up to 4.

Byron Saxton: This isn't the first time Gran Metalik has competed on a big stage. He was the runner-up in the Cruiserweight classic a few years ago. Tonight he faces a former Intercontinental Champion and a win tonight could kick-start his career.

Byron Saxton: Gran Metalik is out for revenge. Luke Harper tried to injure not just Metalik but also his tag team partner and friend Lince Dorado.

The crowd are unsure how to react to the new music until Luke Harper walks out onto the stage and they start booing the monster. We see Kayla Braxton is stood in the Corporation's locker room as The War Raiders in the background are celebrating their win. Corbin and Elias are also in the background chatting to Shane. Roman Reigns is sat down in a black polo shirt as Kayla approaches him.
Kayla Braxton: Roman can I get a few words ahead of your WWE title match tonight?
Roman looks at her.
Roman Reigns: You have two minutes. Use them wisely.
Kayla Braxton: You step inside Hell in a Cell in tonight's main event and take on the sinister Scotsman. However, your allies in the Corporation will be unable to get involved.

Cheers from the crowd as we return to the ring and the red carpet is out as The Miz and John Morrison make their way to the ring! Both men are in white, with Miz in a white leather jacket whilst Morrison is in a white fur coat. He pauses on the ramp and does his usual slow motion part of the entrance.
Byron Saxton: Tonight is John Morrison's first pay-per-view match since returning to Smackdown Live and what a big match! Competing for the WWE tag team titles with his best friend The Miz.
Corey Graves: John Morrison made it clear he didn't just come back to help Miz, he wants gold. And I think he would screw over Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn to get his hand on those tag team titles.
The Revival make their way out next getting boos from the crowd. As they walk out they look at the red carpet and all the fancy props from The Miz and Morrison entrance with disgust. The pair make their way to the ring as they trade a few words with Miz and Morrison. Miz and Morrison fire back but Revival step out of the ring, wanting to wait till the bell rings to start fighting.
Corey Graves: The Revival are looking to bring tag team wrestling back to the heights it was at before. And the best way to do that is becoming tag team champions.
Byron Saxton: There's no denying how good these two men are as a team but tonight they will have to survive three other tag teams to hold onto their tag team titles.
Corey Graves: Trust me Byron, the top guys are about to show you why they are the top guys in the WWE.
Loud boos as Daniel Bryan makes his way out followed by his fellow Eco-warrior Erick Rowan. Daniel Bryan is noticeably without his planet's champion belt as he walks to the ring tonight as he glares at the two teams in the ring. Once in the ring The Miz and Daniel Bryan immediately get in each other's faces, staring a hole through each other.
Byron Saxton: Daniel Bryan and The Miz are eternal rivals.
Corey Graves: I can't blame Daniel Bryan. The Miz stole his moves and tried to rename them.
Byron Saxton: Didn't you used to call them the world-famous It kicks?
Corey Graves: Shut up Saxton.
A loud pop from the crowd as Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens walk out with their WWE tag team titles in hand. Owens has a stern serious face as he looks at the ring whilst Sami dances in the background to the delight of the crowd. Sami dances back to Kevin who can't help but smile at his friend goofing about.
Byron Saxton: Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn may have been known for most of their careers for fighting each other but they have made one hell of a tag team.
Corey Graves: No two men epitomize fight forever better than these two men. However, I agree with the Top Guys. These two men are not a real team, they are more known for fighting each other than fighting together.
Byron Saxton: I ain't going to claim they are a traditional tag team but they have gotten over their issues with each other and now have the same goal. Getting rid of Shane McMahon and holding onto their tag team titles.
Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn step into the ring as they lift their tag team titles in the air. Owens shouts some abuse at Daniel Bryan. The champions look at each other as they do rock paper scissors which Sami wins meaning he starts. The Revival shake their heads as Daniel Bryan starts for the planet champions as Miz and Morrison watch on from the corner!

Both men circle the ring once the bell rings before grappling in the center. The two men are evenly matched in the center of the ring as Bryan drives Zayn into the bottom right corner of the ring which allows Miz to slap the back of Sami Zayn and tags himself into the match! Sami looks a bit confused as Corey reminds us of the rules and the people on the outside can tag in at any time. Bryan lets go of Zayn and moves away from The Miz as he trash talks the A-Lister! Bryan keeps trashing talking Miz as he walks backwards and tags in Erick Rowan!
Loud boos from the crowd as Bryan taunts the fans. Erick Rowan steps into the ring as we see The Revival in the top left looking unimpressed by the action so far. Erick Rowan steps forward as The Miz goes on the attack looking to work over him. However, Erick Rowan powers out of the hold Miz is trying to put on him and knocks him down the floor! Erick Rowan picks up the Miz and tosses him across the ring back towards his own corner. The Miz slowly gets up and wisely tags John Morrison in.
John Morrison steps over the ropes as Erick Rowan charges in at him but John Morrison slides underneath the giant! Erick Rowan turns around as John Morrison springboards off the ropes and catches Rowan with a roundhouse kick! This staggers Erick Rowan as John Morrison follows up with a running crossbody! Morrison stays on for the cover 1 2 Rowan kicks out! John Morrison follows up by going for a few kicks to the chest as he lays into Rowan but after the 4th kick Rowan catches Morrison's leg!
Morrison tries to go for a kick to the head with his other leg but Rowan takes his head off with a CLOTHESLINE! Morrison does a full flip and lands hard on his back. Rowan makes the cover 1 2 Morrison kicks out! Erick Rowan grabs hold of Morrison and starts working over him on the mat grinding him down for a bit before Irish whipping him into the bottom right-hand corner! Erick Rowan makes his way to the corner and tags in Daniel Bryan! Daniel runs towards the top right corner of the ring but stops just short of Owens and Zayn before hitting Morrison with a hesitation dropkick!
Bryan drags Morrison out of the corner as he starts grinding down Morrison in the corner of the ring and goes after his leg as they look to cut the high-flying offense of Morrison off. Miz watches on annoyed but he tries to will his tag team partner on. Rowan and Bryan make a few frequent tags to each other as they keep working over John Morrison in the corner of the ring. Eventually, Byran locks Morrison in a surfboard stretch and looks at Miz as he taunts the A-Lister!
And this sets off The Miz who steps into the ring looking to get a piece of Daniel Bryan but Erick Rowan cuts him off and sends Miz to the outside. Corey criticizes Miz saying he should be smarter than that as Rowan returns to the apron after disposing of Miz and tags back into the match. Rowan lifts Morrison into the air for a chokeslam but Morrison fights out of it and connects with a DDT! Morrison looks to the corner but Miz is still down so he instead heads to the top right corner and tags Kevin Owens in!
Kevin Owens charges in as he clobbers Erick Rowan with a lariat! Daniel Bryan tries to run into the ring but Kevin Owens takes care of him with a superkick to the jaw! Kevin Owens turns back around as Erick Rowan tries to use the distraction from his leader to cheap shot Owens but instead gets a superkick of his own sending Rowan into the top left corner! Kevin Owens follows it up by hitting a CANNONBALL SENTON IN THE CORNER! Owens poses for the crowd as Scott Dawson tags himself in by slapping Rowan on the head and clobbers Owens from behind!
Loud boos from the crowd as Scott Dawson uses his sneak attack to gain an edge over one-half of the WWE tag team champions. Dawson grabs KO off the mat and sends him into their corner now Rowan has rolled to the outside of the ring! Dawson tags Wilder in and the Revival attempt to do what they do best, cutting the ring in half and trying to isolate Kevin Owens. KO isn't that easy to keep down for long and with Dash Wilder in the ring, KO escapes the pressure with a mid-section stun gun as he heads to the corner looking to tag in Sami Zayn... ROWAN PULLS HIM OFF THE APRON!
The Miz and Morrison are both annoyed by the cheap shot as Bryan mocks the crowd and applauds his fellow Eco-Warrior's plan. Owens heads to the other corner looking to tag either Miz or Morrison and get some breathing room but Scott Dawson now the legal man cuts him off! Scott Dawson goes to work on Owens' arms with a few submissions as they look weaken his arm so he can't go for the stunner or a pop-up powerbomb!
Owens gets a few punches off on Scott though as he looks like he is about to escape but Dawson counters hitting a DRAGON SUPLEX sending Owens back towards their corner of the ring. Dawson tags in Dash Wilder as the pair carry on the beating they are giving the tag team champions and starts CLUBBING HIM IN THE CORNER! Both men really lay into Kevin Owens getting boos from the crowd. The Revival would at this point carry on their tag team symmetry as Dawson grabs Owens hits him with a GERMAN SUPLEX whilst Wilder follows up with a EUROPEAN UPPERCUT! Wilder makes the cover 1 2 Owens kicks out!
Both men carry on working over Kevin Owens as his tag team partner watches on. Miz thinks about getting involved to help Kevin Owens but Morrison reminds him it is every man for himself. Bryan and Rowan on the apron meanwhile goad the crowd. Back in the ring, Wilder lays into Owens with a few kicks before dragging Owens back to the corner one more time before diving off the top rope and hitting an ELBOW DROP ONTO HIS LEFT ARM! Owens' arm is in a ton of pain as Dash Wilder locks in an armbar!
Owens though thinking quickly stretches his other arm out and gets a finger on the ropes! Dash holds it on till the count of 3 before giving another stomp to the arm! Dash makes the cover and tags Dawson back in as he goes on the attack and lifts Owens up connecting with a BRIDGING GERMAN SUPLEX! 1 2 Owens kicks out! Dawson drags Owens off the mat as looks to carry on the assault but Owens backs him into the Eco-warrior corner... so BRYAN SLAPS DAWSON ON THE BACK AND TAGS HIMSELF IN!
Dawson is shocked which allows Owens to get off an elbow even though it is with his bad arm but whilst he is focused on Dawson, Daniel Bryan hits Owens with a DROPKICK sending Owens into Dawson. Bryan follows it up with a DRAGON SUPLEX OF HIS OWN! Dawson glares at Bryan but rolls out of the ring, joining Dash in the corner. Bryan meanwhile starts going to work on Kevin Owens and lays into him with several YES KICKS! However, some of them are laid into Owens' left arm and Bryan looks to finish off with one to head but Owens ducks and hits a BACKSTABBER TO BRYAN!
Owens doesn't make the cover as he looks at his tag team partner Sami Zayn and makes his way to the corner, tagging in Sami Zayn! Sami sprints out of the corner and wipes out Daniel Bryan with a dropkick! Rowan looks like getting involved so Sami knocks him off the apron with a LEG LARIAT! Sami Zayn turns around as he grabs Daniel Bryan and hits him with the BLUE THUNDER BOMB! Sami hooks the legs 1 2 Bryan kicks out!
Sami isn't done there as he sends Daniel Bryan into the Eco-warrior corner and lines him up for the HULLEVA KICK! Sami charges in but Bryan wipes him out with a CHOP BLOCK! Sami clutches his leg which is in pain as Bryan goes on the attack looking to start up the YES KICKS ON SAMI... BUT SAMI COUNTERS INTO A ROLL-UP!

Erick Rowan is just short of breaking the cover as Sami Zayn lets go of Bryan and rolls away smirking. Daniel Bryan looks in shock at how he was eliminated and doesn't seem to accept it at first. However, as this is going on Dash Wilder sprints into the ring and attacks Zayn laying into him as he looks to work over Sami. Bryan rolls out of the ring as he shakes his head. Miz makes sure to wave him goodbye as Rowan helps take Daniel Bryan away.
Dash Wilder back in the ring carries on working over Sami and starts targeting the right leg of Sami after Bryan's chop block. Dash drags Sami over to their corner as they start working over Sami Zayn in their corner of the ring as he tags in Scott Dawson. Scott Dawson carries on the work in the corner as Miz, Morrison and Owens all want to get into the ring for separate reasons but Dawson is wearing him down however the camera cuts to the entrance ramp as DANIEL BRYAN STORMS BACK OUT WITH A STEEL CHAIR!
Bryan shouts abuse at The Miz and Miz shouts back daring Bryan to try it as John Morrison shakes his head. The referee is also distracted by this and tells Daniel Bryan to leave. However as this is going on there is loud boos from the crowd as THE WAR RAIDERS, BARON CORBIN, AND ELIAS MAKE THEIR WAY OUT FROM THE CROWD BEHIND THE REFEREE'S BACK! All 4 men have steel chairs in their hands and they clobber Owens, Miz, and Morrison with them out of view of the ref!
Dawson and Wilder see what is going on as they look at each other and shrug as Dawson rolls out of the ring and adds to the distraction on the outside giving the Corporation more time to beat down Miz, Morrison, and Owens with steels chairs. Eventually, the Corporation are done and drop the steel chairs to the floor and leave with all 3 men laid out but Wilder, as they leave, grabs a chair and SMASHES IT ON SAMI'S BACK BEFORE TOSSING IT FROM THE RING! Bryan and Rowan finally leave at this point with The Corporation also gone. Dawson climbs back onto the apron and Wilder tags him in as both men lift up the prone Sami Zayn... SHATTER MACHINE! Dawson makes the cover

The Revival both look shocked that Miz was able to kick out after the beating he took on the outside but The Revival shake their heads as they look to end this. DAWSON LIFTS HIM UP FOR THE SHATTER MACHINE... BUT MIZ COUNTERS WITH A DDT! Miz still has some fight in him as Dash Wilder charges in but gets taken down with a drop toehold! Miz follows it up with a LEAPING LARIAT sending Wilder to the outside of the ring. The Miz grits his teeth getting a loud pop from the crowd as he fights through the pain and goes on the attack.
He starts laying into Scott Dawson with the IT KICKS! The crowd cheer along as Miz fires off and finishes off with a kick to the head. He makes the cover 1 2 Dawson kicks out! Miz struggles to his feet still selling his back as the crowd let out a massive pop as John Morrison has made his way onto the ring apron and reaches out for the tag! Miz makes his way to the corner and tags in John Morrison!
Morrison jumps into the ring and hits Dawson with a dropkick! Dash Wilder is climbing onto the ring apron trying to get back into the ring but Morrison springboards off the ropes and HITS HIM WITH A FLYING CHUCK! Morrison isn't done there though as he runs off the ropes and dives over them hitting a CORKSCREW PLANCHA wiping out Dash Wilder! Morrison is fired up as he slides back into the ring and does a spin on the mat before hitting a LEG-DROP! Morrison makes the cover 1 2 Dawson kicks out!
Now Morrison is no longer running on adrenaline he takes a moment to clutch his back selling the damage from the steel chairs before lifting Scott Dawson off the mat and hits him with THE MOONLIGHT DRIVE (Corkscrew neckbreaker)! Morrison makes the cover 1 2 Dawson kicks out! John Morrison takes a moment as he heads towards the corner of the ring and climbs to the top rope. However, as he goes to fly WILDER GRABS HIS LEG!
Morrison goes to kick him off but Wilder won't let go until The Miz runs along the apron and kicks Dash Wilder in the head knocking him to the floor. John Morrison turns back to the ring and flies off the top rope going for a 450 SPLASH... BUT DAWSON GETS HIS KNEES UP! John Morrison clutches his gut as Dawson takes a moment to recover before taking out Morrison's right leg with a brutal chop block!
Morrison falls to the mat clutching his right leg as Dawson smirks. He then slowly makes his way to the corner and tags in Dash Wilder! Dash looks to pounce as he grabs the leg of John Morrison and places him in an INVERTED FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK! Dash Wilder locks the hold in tight as he wrenches it back. The Miz sees his friend in trouble and runs into the ring but Dawson blocks him!
Dawson goes for a punch as Miz looks to avoid it but Dawson instead hits a SNAP DDT! Dawson grabs Miz and tosses him out of the ring as back in the ring John Morrison is in a ton of pain. He is reaching out for the ropes as Dawson does something he rarely does and CLIMBS TO THE TOP ROPE! Dawson dives off and HITS A DIVING FOOT STOMP TO MORRISON'S KNEE! Doing even more damage as The Miz gets to his feet as he tries to get in the ring but Dawson cuts him off again. Morrison sees this, knows Miz won't be able to save him and... TAPS OUT!

Corey Graves: The Revival took advantage of the situation. All the records will state is the fact that The Revival are the new WWE tag team champions!
The Revival carry on celebrating in the ring, having now won every tag team title there is to offer in the WWE. John Morrison is now on the outside as The Miz helps him out of the ring and is helping him walk backstage. John Morrison however is shaking his head clearly frustrated to have come up short tonight.

We cut backstage as The Empress ASUKA can be seen getting ready backstage for her WWE Women's title match later tonight. She has an angry focused glare as she is kicking a punching bag and letting out a lot of anger. We hear a door open as the camera pans over to show LIV MORGAN. She is smiling but is also noticeably nervous as she gets ready to speak to the champion.
Liv Morgan: Hey Asuka.
Asuka stops what she is doing and turns around as she glares at Liv Morgan. Liv looks a bit worried as she waits for Asuka to speak but The Empress stays quiet. Liv then sighs and looks to break the silence.
Liv Morgan: OK... I don't know if you were watching earlier tonight but I won!
Asuka doesn't react as Liv stares at her for a few seconds before carrying on the conversation.
Liv Morgan: Which means... Sarah Logan can't get involved in your title match, thanks to me.
Asuka: Did I ask you to do that?
Liv looks a little confused.
Liv Morgan: Well no but I wanted to make up for what happened Friday when I cost us...
Asuka: YAMERU!
Liv stops talking as Asuka gets in her face.
Asuka: I do not need friends. Stay out of my way.
Asuka glares at Liv Morgan who looks angry for a moment before looking upset as she shakes her head and leaves Asuka's locker room. The Empress then goes back to preparing for her title match later on tonight. We then cut back to the commentary team at ringside.

Corey Graves: Asuka is a winner and probably doesn't want a weak link like Liv Morgan dragging her down. Like how I want someone else with me on commentary week in week out.
Boos from the crowd as The Iiconics make their way to the ring as they look to become only the second team to become two-time champions. They both look at the crowd with disgust before posing in the ring.
Corey Graves: No two women know each other as a team better than The Iiconics. Tonight those women's tag team titles become iconic once again!
Byron Saxton: Well my money is on Team Kick who have been fighting on multiple fronts ever since they won the tag team titles in Cardiff.
Corey Graves: And that's why I think they will lose. These two may look like they have unlimited energy but all those wars on all brands will catch up to them!
Team Kick if they are feeling tired certainly don't show it as they slap hands with the kids in the front row and sprint down the ramp. Both women step into the ring as The Iiconics give the champions a few dirty looks. The usual title introductions are done as Billie Kay and Tegan Nox step into the match as the referee calls for the bell to get this match underway!

Once the bell rings Billie Kay starts running her mouth and mocks Team Kick, so Tegan responds with a FOREARM SMASH TO THE JAW! Billie Kay falls back upon impact as Tegan Nox makes the cover 1 2 Billie Kay kicks out! Tegan though follows up quickly as she peppers Billie Kay with several kicks as Billie tries to get to her feet. Tegan then picks up Billie and Irish whips her into the corner as she tags in Dakota Kai!
Dakota Kai lays into Billie Kay with several kicks to the chest in the corner before tossing her out of the corner and follows up with a bicycle kick to the head planting Billie Kay! Kai makes the cover 1 2 Kay kicks out! The champions are in total control as Peyton Royce cheers on Billie from the apron and tries to get her partner to turn this match around. Kai though keeps up the pressure with a scorpion kick to the back!
Kai lifts Billie Kay off the mat and looks to end this already! She lifts Billie Kay onto her shoulders going for GO TO KICK but Billie escapes from the move by raking Kai's eyes! Boos from the crowd as Billie hits Dakota with a SWINGING NECKBREAKER! Billie doesn't make the cover and instead tags in Peyton Royce. Billie grabs hold of Dakota Kai and Peyton runs off the ropes hitting a knee strike to the head! Peyton makes the cover 1 2 Kai kicks out!
Billie heads back onto the ring apron as Peyton starts working over Kai. She wears down on half of the champion in the corner of the ring before hitting her with the ICONIC COMBO (Elbow strike followed a kick and knee)! Peyton makes the cover 1 2 Kai kicks out! Peyton Royce then makes her way over to the corner as she makes the tag to Billie Kay bringing her into the match again. Bille Kay grabs hold of Dakota Kay as Peyton looks to run off the ropes for another knee strike but Kai counters with a SUPERKICK DROPPING PEYTON!
Billie Kay tries to transition Kai but the Kiwi counters with an elbow sending Kay backwards and hits Billie Kay with a SUPERKICK sending her into the corner of the ring. Kai then signals to the crowd as she heads to the corner and tags in Tegan Nox! She then runs around the ring and hits the KIAO KICK TO BILLIE KAY IN THE CORNER! Kay falls out of the corner onto her knees as Tegan Nox makes her into the ring and runs off the ropes hitting Billie with THE SHINIEST WIZARD! Tegan makes the cover

We cut to a video package that shows Ruby Riott turning on Liv Morgan just before Summerslam. We then see her picking up the win on the London Calling pre-show which was the win that earned her this title match. We then cut to Asuka overcoming Becky Lynch, Lacey Evans Charlotte Flair so far in her title run. We get a recap of The Riott Squad attacking Asuka on Smackdown a couple of weeks back and even see the finish of the tag team match on this week's Smackdown with Ruby Riott stood tall and Asuka watching from the outside furious.

Boos from the crowd as Ruby Riott makes her way out with an angry scowl on her face. And she is all alone tonight as Sarah Logan is banned from ringside. She steps into the ring and jogs on the spot, ahead of the biggest match in her career so far.
Corey Graves: She may be without Sarah Logan at ringside but do not rule out Ruby Riott tonight!
Byron Saxton: Ruby has faced Asuka in NXT before so The Empress knows how good Ruby Riott is and the Empress knows she has a tough challenge tonight.
Loud cheers from the crowd as the Empress of Tomorrow makes her way out in her usual regalia, mask and all. She walks down to the ring as Ruby Riott watches on and tilts her head ahead of this massive challenge. Asuka steps into the ring and takes off the outfit as she climbs over the ropes. She looks at Ruby and lets out a devilish smirk as the referee lifts her WWE Women's title into the air. Once the title introductions are done, the referee calls for the bell to get this match underway!

Once the bell rings both women circle the ring and stare each other down. Neither woman wants to be the first to make a mistake before the two women lock up in the center of the ring. Asuka takes control as she locks Ruby in a front facelock and she looks to get her into an armbar early but Ruby fights back with a couple of elbows and rolls to the outside.
Instinctively she looks to the side for her friend Sarah Logan but remembers pretty quickly she is on her own tonight! Asuka in the ring smiles and stands by the ropes, opening them up and inviting Ruby back into the ring! Ruby glares at the champion before taking her invitation and steps through the ropes. Ruby goes to cheap shot Asuka... but The Empress catches her with a spinning back fist rocking Ruby! The champion is always ready!
Asuka runs off the ropes and hits Ruby with a RUNNING HIP ATTACK! Ruby falls to the mat as Asuka makes the first cover of the match! 1 Ruby powers out! It's going to take a lot more to keep Ruby Riott down! Asuka though is fine with that and gives Ruby a few kicks to the chest before running off the ropes. Asuka looks for another hip attack but Ruby ducks and counters into a ROLL-UP!

Asuka looks angry Ruby nearly caught her out and charges at Ruby Riott but Ruby catches her with a jumping head-scissors and brings Asuka down to the mat! Ruby quickly follows it up as she connects with a penalty kick to the chest of Asuka! Asuka falls back as Ruby knows she has the edge and follows up by grabbing the arm of Asuka looking to go for an armbar herself but Asuka fights back with several punches forcing Ruby back for a moment. Asuka runs off the ropes but Ruby cuts her off with a SUPERKICK sending Asuka over the ropes and to the outside!
Ruby Riott rolls out of the ring and follows her to the outside as she grabs Asuka sending her into the steel steps with a thud! Ruby quickly rolls her back into the ring and instead climbs to the top rope. She takes a moment before flying off hitting a double knee drop to the mid-section of Asuka! Ruby makes the cover 1 2 Asuka kicks out! Ruby smirks to herself having taken control of the match now and gives Asuka a few kicks to the midsection as she carries on working over Asuka.
Ruby grabs Asuka off the mat and sends her into the corner of the ring with an Irish whip! Ruby follows up and hits Asuka with several kicks in the corner. The referee warns Ruby who looks to bounce of the ropes and hit a TORNADO DDT... BUT ASUKA PUSHES HER OFF! Ruby falls backwards landing back first on the mat. Asuka quickly follows it up and charges in kicking Ruby in the head!
Ruby falls to the mat after that lethal kick to the head as Asuka makes the cover 1 2 Ruby kicks out! Asuka gets back to her feet and runs off the ropes as she connects with a RUNNING SPLASH! Asuka though takes a moment to clutch her midsection before she makes another cover 1 2 Ruby kicks out! Asuka though smirks as she gets to her feet and follows up with a SWITCHBLADE KICK TO RUBY AS SHE TRIES TO ROLL AWAY!
Asuka cuts Ruby off as she tries to escape! Asuka drags Ruby off the mat and launches her across the ring with a GERMAN SUPLEX! Ruby crashes to the mat as Asuka once again starts to wear down Ruby with several kicks before looking to finish with a ROUNDHOUSE KICK TO THE HEAD... RUBY TRIPS ASUKA UP! Asuka crashes to the mat face-first as Ruby rolls to the ropes and has to take a moment to recover due to the damage she has taken so far in this encounter.
Ruby though goes back on the attack as he charges at the Empress but Asuka goes for a SPINNING BACK FIST... RUBY COUNTERS WITH AN ARM DRAG! Ruby brings Asuka down before running off the ropes and hits Asuka with a HURRICANRANA! Asuka falls to the mat as Ruby follows it up by leaping into the air and hitting Asuka with a DOUBLE FOOT STOMP TO HER MID-SECTION! Ruby rolls back onto her feet and then makes the cover 1 2 Asuka kicks out!
Ruby gets to her feet and lets out a knowing smirk as the champion struggles on the floor. Ruby gives Asuka a couple of kicks before lifting her up off the mat and connects with a SNAP SUPLEX! Ruby follows up with a cover as she presses her arm hard into the ribs of Asuka! 1 2 Asuka kicks out! We hear a shout from Asuka, selling the damage that kick-out did to her mid-section as Ruby smirks knowing she is in control.
She isn't done as Asuka gets to a seated position so Ruby runs off the ropes and hits a BASEMENT DROPKICK to the mid-section inflicting even more damage to Asuka! Ruby makes the cover once again pressing on the ribs of Asuka! 1 2 Asuka kicks out! Ruby though isn't done there and runs off the ropes looking for a SHINING WIZARD BUT ASUKA ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY JUST IN TIME! Asuka avoids Ruby and rolls back tripping Ruby up and tries to lock in an ANKLE LOCK!
Ruby though thinking quickly rolls over and sends Asuka into the turnbuckle in the corner face first! Asuka stumbles out of the corner as Ruby bounces off the ropes and connects with a TORNADO DDT! Ruby makes the cover once again 1 2 Asuka kicks out! Ruby though smirks as she is controlling the match and surprising the champion! Ruby grabs Asuka and locks her in an Abdominal stretch as she wrenches back the hold working over the ribs of Asuka!
Ruby stretches back on the hold as she looks to really work over the champion and put pressure on her mid-section! Asuka grits her teeth but it is clear the hold is causing her a lot of pain. Asuka though starts to move her arms and gets one free as she starts whacking Ruby in the face as she forces her backwards! Asuka finally gets free and runs off the ropes as she connects with a RUNNING HIP ATTACK DROPPING RUBY RIOTT!
Asuka takes a moment as she rolls over due to the damage done to her mid-section. Asuka takes a moment as she slowly climbs to the top rope as she lines Ruby up and flies off the top rope hitting her with a MISSILE DROPKICK! Asuka makes the cover 1 2 Ruby Riott kicks out! Asuka gets back to her feet she starts laying into Ruby Riott with several knee strikes to the head as she ramps up the intensity!
Asuka then drags Ruby off the mat as she hits her with a LEG-HOOK GERMAN SUPLEX! Asuka holds on with the bridge! 1 2 Ruby Riott kicks out! Asuka looks a little disappointed that wasn't enough to put Ruby Riott away but she does follow up quickly with a couple of kicks to Ruby as she tries to get back to her feet! Asuka then bends down on the mat and grabs Ruby Riott by the neck as she locks her in an STF! Asuka gets the hold in tight as he tries to force a tap from the challenger!
Asuka wrenches the hold back as Ruby Riott is in a ton of pain and looks like she might in trouble here. Ruby though has plenty of fight left and slowly claws to the ropes before grabbing hold of the bottom rope forcing a break! Asuka keeps it on for a couple of seconds before letting go and rolling back to the center of the ring! Asuka though is ready to end this as she lines up as Ruby Riott getting ready for a SPIN KICK... BUT RUBY RIOTT AVOIDS THE KICK AND HITS A POISONRANA PLANTING ASUKA! Ruby makes the cover 1 2 Asuka kicks out!
Ruby pounds the mat frustrated she wasn't able to put the Empress away with that lethal move but she is far from done there. She grabs hold of Asuka lifting her off the mat and plants her with a FLATLINER! Ruby rolls Asuka over and makes the cover 1 2 Asuka kicks out! Ruby is starting to look frustrated and looks to the ropes as she knows she will have to go high risk to finish this match. She slowly makes the climb and flies off hits a FROG SPLASH! Ruby lands on Asuka's damaged midsection and hooks the legs!

Asuka looks shocked that Ruby kicked out again as the leader of the Riott Squad is somehow surviving in this encounter with the champion. Asuka shakes her head and instead of going for the Asuka lock looks to go for an ANKLE LOCK! The commentary team put this over as Asuka looks to stop Ruby Riott's speed and stop any more comebacks. Ruby this time is unable to flip over and is in a ton of pain as Asuka drops down to the mat and GRAPEVINES THE HOLD!
Asuka has the hold locked in tight as Ruby Riott screams in pain and once again looks instinctively to the outside of the ring! However, the commentary team reminds us there is no Sarah Logan to help Ruby Riott and she needs to make it to the ropes on her own! She slowly crawls as the pain gets worse. She is really starting to struggle... BUT SHE FINALLY MAKES IT TO THE BOTTOM ROPE FORCING A BREAK!
Asuka lets go of the hold on the count of 3 but the Champion smirks as she sees Ruby Riott struggling back to her feet and is noticeably limping due to the Ankle lock! Byron Saxton: Asuka retains her WWE Women title!
Corey Graves: But Ruby Riott put in the performance of her life tonight!
Byron Saxton: She proved she doesn't need to have Sarah Logan doing her dirty work for her.
Corey Graves: Ruby was this close to winning. I think if Sarah Logan was out here, that tiny advantage would have helped her win the title. Liv Morgan costs Ruby Riott again!
Asuka is now out of the ring as she lifts the WWE Women's title in the air, soaking the cheers in from the crowd. Ruby Riott in the ring pulls herself up to her feet and leans on the ropes exhausted. The camera then pans up to show the cell above the ring.
Byron Saxton: Well up next, we have our main event as Roman Reigns defends his WWE title inside of Hell in a Cell against Drew McIntyre! Let's see how we got here.

We cut to a video package that starts with a recap of Great American Bash where Roman Reigns beat Drew McIntyre thanks to Shane chucking him a pair of Brass Knuckles. We then cut to Summerslam and see Shane McMahon screwing over Kofi Kingston and Drew McIntyre to help Roman Reigns win the WWE title. We hear the promo from the Corporation and Roman Reigns as they gloat about what they did. However, we then see Drew on the rampage destroying Elias, Corbin, and several members of the Corporation in the lead up to this match. We then cut to Drew's words on Smackdown where he promised to take the WWE title and if anyone gets involved he has no problem tossing from the top of the cell!

A massive pop from the fans in attendance as Drew McIntyre slowly makes his way out with a scowl on his face. He takes his time as he walks to the ring, not paying attention to the fans as he walks towards the cell and enters hell.
Byron Saxton: Drew McIntyre has had two goals since Summerslam. Bring an end to The Corporation and take the WWE title from Roman Reigns.
Corey Graves: Well his goals have lead to him stepping inside Hell in a Cell for the first in his career and Drew may live to regret it.
And the loudest boos of the night start as Roman Reigns walks out. We see The Corporation stood behind him. Roman turns to them and nods as they head backstage leaving Roman all by himself as he walks to the ring, staring a hole through Drew McIntyre.
Byron Saxton: Roman may have been able to sell out to the Corporation but they won't be able to get involved tonight. They will be locked out of Hell in a Cell.
Corey Graves: Roman doesn't need The Corporation to get the job done. He is the face of the company for a reason. Tonight Drew is going to find out what happens when you mess with the big dog!
Roman has now entered Hell and slowly climbs into the ring as he glares at Drew McIntyre and lifts his WWE title into the air getting more boos from the crowd. The referee takes the title and passes it to an official on the outside as Drew and Roman get face to face staring each other down. Drew meanwhile trash talks Roman and tells him once that door locks, no one is getting in. Roman fires back he doesn't need anyone. On the outside, the door is locked trapping both men inside and the referee calls for the bell to get this match underway!
WWE title Hell in a Cell match: Roman Reigns (c) vs Drew McIntyre
As soon as the bell rings both men start throwing hands and batter each other! They end up brawling in the center of the ring before heading to the ropes and falling to the outside. Drew and Roman both get to their feet as Roman charges at Drew looking for an early SUPERMAN PUNCH but Drew ducks underneath and grabs Roman by the mid-section as he slams Roman into the wall with a shoulderblock! Roman shouts in pain as Drew follows up with an IRISH WHIP INTO THE CELL WALL!
Drew charges in hitting a BIG BOOT crushing Roman's head between his boot and the cell wall. Drew doesn't stop there as he presses his boot into Roman's head squishing it! Drew removes his boot from Roman's head as Roman starts to fall down but Drew grabs Roman by the head as he starts scraping Roman's face along the cell wall! Drew holds it for a few seconds before tossing Roman back into the corner of the cell!
Drew then turns around as he looks at THE STEEL STEPS AND LIFTS THEM INTO THE AIR! He looks at Roman Reigns in the corner of the ring and chucks the STEEL STEPS AT ROMAN... THE CHAMPION MOVES JUST IN TIME! The steps bounce off the cell but they left an indent in the cell as the commentary team says Drew will do whatever it takes to take the title from Roman and gets his revenge tonight.
Roman meanwhile takes a moment to look at the steel steps on the floor as Drew walks around the corner and steps over the steel steps! Roman gets back to his feet and starts punching Drew fighting him off but Drew fires back with a massive GLASGOW KISS! Roman falls to the floor as Drew McIntyre scowls and turns his back as he makes his way to the corner and grabs the STEEL STEPS!
However, as Drew turns around Roman HITS THE STEEL STEPS INTO DREW WITH A YAKUZA KICK! Drew falls to the floor as Roman leans on the cell for a moment. He then grabs hold of Drew and tosses him into the corner of the cell, sending Drew's back bouncing off the Cell! Roman isn't done though as he charges at Drew and starts hitting him with several clotheslines in the corner, battering the challenger! Roman gets off about 7 or 8 of the clotheslines before grabbing Drew and Irish whips him into the ring post!
Drew's head bounced off the ring post as Roman follows after him and rolls him back into the ring. Roman though stays on the outside and instead goes to the ring apron. He takes a moment before pulling out a STEEL CHAIR! Roman rolls into the ring with the steel chair in hand and starts SMASHING DREW IN THE BACK WITH THE STEEL CHAIR! Roman gets in a good 7 or 8 chair shots in on Drew before tossing the chair to the side! Roman then makes the first cover of the match! 1 2 Drew powers out!
Roman shakes his head as he bends over Drew and tells him “Whatever happens next is on you”. He makes his way back to the steel chair that was on the mat and picks it up, placing it between the ropes in the corner of the ring. He makes his way over to Drew who is starting to get to his feet and starts laying into him with several punches to the head. He then lifts Drew up off the mat and looks to Irish whip him into the STEEL CHAIR IN THE CORNER... BUT DREW STOPS HIMSELF JUST BEFORE THE CHAIR!
Roman charges at Drew as he stops but Drew catches him with a back elbow rocking the champion! Roman is staggered as Drew grabs him and sends Roman into the chair in the corner of the ring! Roman falls backwards and to the mat, as Drew looks at the steel chair. He yanks the chair out of the corner and instead places it in a seated position in the center of the ring. The chair is already a little bent out of shape as Drew yanks Roman off the mat and hits him with a LIFTING SIT-OUT SPINEBUSTER ONTO THE CHAIR! The chair breaks upon impact as Drew makes the cover 1 2 Roman kicks out!
Drew doesn't react to the kick-out and instead responds to the kick-out by punching Roman a few times in the head! Satisfied that Roman will stay down after the punches to the head, Drew makes his way out of the ring and start to look under the ring for some more toys! He's under the ring for a while before finally pulling out a TRASH CAN! Drew tosses the trash can itself into the ring but keeps hold of the lid as he slides back into the ring!
Roman tries to get back to his feet but Drew clobbers him in the head with THE TRASH CAN LID SENDING HIM BACK TO THE MAT! Drew tosses the dented lid to the side as he grabs the trash can and gets it in position. He makes his way over to Roman as he looks to lift him off the mat but ROMAN FIGHTS BACK! Roman fends Drew off and looks to run off the ropes... BUT DREW COUNTERS AND HITS A BELLY TO BACK SUPLEX ONTO THE TRASH CAN! Drew follows up straight away with a cover 1 2 Roman kicks out!
Drew looks to keep the pressure up, dominating Roman in a fashion that we have rarely seen as he picks Roman up off the mat and sends him into the corner hitting him with A BUCKLE BOMB! Roman falls in the corner as Drew follows up with several punches to the head! The crowd count along 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10! Drew carries on going even past the 10 count as he batters Roman in the corner.
Drew retreats out of the corner and lines Roman up as he goes for a BIG BOOT... ROMAN DODGES HIM AND CATCHES DREW AS HE TURNS BACK AROUND WITH A SUPERMAN PUNCH! Drew McIntyre falls to the mat as Roman takes a moment to rest, selling the beating he has taken so far from the sinister Scotsman. Roman sees Drew start to recover so hits a jumping elbow drop keeping him down for a moment. Roman then rolls to the outside and heads to the ring apron as he looks for some weapons of his own!
Roman eventually appears from under the ring apron with a couple of steel chairs! Roman slides one into the ring and holds onto another one. Drew is starting to get back up so ROMAN CLOBBERS HIM WITH THE STEEL CHAIR IN THE BACK! Roman gets several shots in with the steel chair keeping Drew McIntyre down. However, Roman isn't done as he grabs Drew's head and PLACES THE STEEL CHAIR UNDERNEATH IT! He then grabs the second chair and lifts it into the air GOING FOR A CON-CHAIR-CO...
DREW ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY JUST IN TIME! A close call for Drew who gets to his feet as Roman looks to clobber him in the face... DREW COUNTERS WITH A CLAYMORE INTO THE STEEL CHAIR! Roman drops to the mat but rolls out of the ring to the outside! Drew tried to stop him but was unable to grab hold of him in time. Drew punches the mat in frustration but doesn't waste any time as he rolls out of the ring and follows Roman to the outside.
Drew slowly walks around the ring as he looks to grab Roman Reigns and bring him back inside. He grabs hold of the champion and looks to bring him back to the ring... BUT ROMAN PUNCHES HIM WITH A STEEL CHAIN AROUND HIS FIST! This staggers Drew as Roman slowly gets to his feet and follows up with a SUPERMAN PUNCH WITH THE CHAIN ON HIS FIST! Drew falls back onto the cell wall as Roman drops the steel chain and charges at Drew...
HITTING A SPEAR SENDING BOTH MEN CRASHING THROUGH THE CELL WALL TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE RING!
Corey Graves: The cell wall itself just collapsed!
Byron Saxton: Even hell itself can't contain these two men!
Both men lie on top of the Cell wall selling what just happened. After the “HOLY SHIT” chants die down Roman gets to his feet as he stands upon the cell wall stood over Drew McIntyre with evil intentions! He grabs Drew McIntyre who is still struggling after being speared through the cell and hits him with an SIT-OUT CRUCIFIX POWERBOMB ONTO THE CELL WALL! Roman smirks enjoying this period of domination whilst Drew is down and out with that powerbomb doing even more damage to the challenger.
The champion though isn't done inflicting pain on Drew McIntyre and drags him off the cell wall, Irish whipping him into the barricade by the timekeeper's area! Drew's back bounces off the wall as Roman looks at Drew and lines him up as he looks for ANOTHER SPEAR... DREW MOVES JUST IN TIME AS ROMAN CRASHES AND BURNS! Drew almost on instinct avoided the champion as he rests on the floor next to Roman Reigns before using the announce table to slowly get back to his feet.
Roman meanwhile lays in the wreckage of the timekeeper's area as these two men are destroying the ringside area! Drew is clutching his mid-section having taken a beating in the last couple of minutes he walks over to the wreckage and grabs the RING BELL! He lines Roman up who slowly gets to his feet and CLOBBERS HIM WITH THE RING BELL! Cheers from the crowd as Roman falls to the floor. Drew tosses the ring bell over to the timekeeper's who hopped behind the barricade to safety.
The Scotsman makes his way over to Roman and grabs the Champion who has been BUSTED OPEN! Drew though is far from done as he lifts Roman up and hits an OVERHEAD BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX INTO THE CELL WALL! Roman's head bounces off the cell as the champion is struggling! Inside the cell, we can hear the referee trying to get both men to bring it back into the ring but Drew isn't listening to anyone right now! Roman is stumbling as Drew takes his head off with a massive LARIAT!
Roman falls to the floor as the crowd cheer on Drew wanting to see him do more damage to Roman. Drew then looks to the announce table and starts to take it apart! He tosses the top and the monitors to the side. He makes his way back over to Roman BUT ROMAN HITS HIM WITH A LOW BLOW! Loud boos from the crowd but the Champion doesn't care as he saves himself from further pain! Roman gets to his feet and snarls at Drew.
Roman then looks around and grabs one of the MONITORS FROM THE FLOOR. He lines Drew up and CLOCKS HIM IN THE HEAD WITH IT! Roman drops the TV monitor as he looks at the wires that have come out of it and smiles. Roman grabs the wires and WRAPS THEM AROUND THE THROAT OF DREW MCINTYRE LOCKING IN A MODIFIED GULLTIONE CHOKE!
Drew McIntyre is struggling to breathe as Roman looks to choke his challenger out! Drew is starting to fade but using the last of his strength he gets to his feet and SLAMS ROMAN BACK FIRST INTO THE CELL WALL! It takes about 3 slams before finally Roman is forced to let go of the choke! Drew drops to the floor coughing and spluttering whilst Roman is left clutching his back. Roman though lines Drew up as he tries to get back to his feet and clobbers him with a EUROPEAN UPPERCUT!
Roman though grabs Drew McIntyre as he lifts him up and hits him with a RUNNING POWERBOMB ONTO THE BROKEN CELL WALL! Drew's back bounces off the cell wall. Roman smirks happily with his handiwork. Roman though isn't done beating on Drew as he makes his way back to the ringside area and grabs the STEEL CHAIN! Roman makes his way to Drew McIntyre on the outside and looks to USE THE STEEL CHAIN TO CHOKE DREW... BUT DREW FIGHTS BACK!
Drew desperately fights Roman off before hitting him with a MASSIVE GLASGOW KISS! Roman falls down and drops the steel chain! Drew looks at the steel chain though and has ideas of his own. He grabs the steel chain and WRAPS IT AROUND HIS FIST! Drew starts punching Roman in the head as he uses Roman's own idea against him!
Drew finally lets up as the cut on Roman's head has gotten bigger. Drew drags Roman up off the cell wall by the head. He gives him a knee to the gut before dropping him headfirst with a FUTURESHOCK DDT ONTO THE CELL WELL! Drew gets back to his feet as grabs hold of the champion who is out of it and tosses him back inside the cell. He then drags Roman up and slowly rolls him into the ring before making the cover

Drew does look annoyed by this but doesn't waste any time as he makes his way to the corner of the ring lining up Roman for THE CLAYMORE! However as he gets ready to hit it there is loud boos from the crowd as ELIAS, BARON CORBIN, AND THE WAR RAIDERS RUN TO THE RING! Drew meanwhile sees them coming down the ramp and charges in hitting Roman with the CLAYMORE! He quickly makes the cover looking to end this before they can stop him!

As this happens we see Elias get into the ring as he SMASHES HIS GUITAR ON DREW'S BACK... DREW NO-SELLS IT AND GETS TO HIS FEET HITTING A GLASGOW KISS TO ELIAS! On the outside, the referee tells Corbin off but Corbin doesn't care. In the ring, Hanson tries to attack Drew but the challenger fights him off and knocks him off the apron. However, Rowe clocks him from behind and soon the numbers game becomes too much as Corbin and The War Raiders start beating him down... AS KEVIN OWENS AND SAMI ZAYN SPRINT OUT!
Both men run into the ring and leap onto the War Raiders attacking the pair as they start brawling in and around the ring, as this match has descended into pure chaos. Back in the ring, it is still 2 on 1 as Corbin and Elias carry on beating down Drew McIntyre. Elias and Corbin grab the steel chairs as they look to wail on him... AS THE MIZ AND JOHN MORRISON RUN OUT... BUT DANIEL BRYAN AND ERICK ROWAN ATTACK THEM FROM BEHIND! The cheers for Miz and Morrison soon turn to boos as Bryan and Rowan start fighting them around the ringside area! Back in the ring Elias and Corbin lay in several chair shots whilst on the outside Owens send Hanson into the cell wall whilst Rowe slams Zayn ONTO THE STEEL STEPS!
Byron Saxton: This match is descending into total chaos!
As Byron Saxton says that RICOCHET SPRINTS DOWN THE RAMP! He runs down the ramp and into the ring as he leaps onto the broken cell wall and OFF THE ROPES HITTING A SPRINGBOARD CROSSBODY WIPING OUT CORBIN AND ELIAS WIPING THEM OUT! On the outside of the ring, Rowan tosses John Morrison into the side of the cell but Morrison holds on and climbs up as he leaps off the cell with a TWISTING CORKSCREW CROSSBODY! Meanwhile back in the ring Drew gets back to his feet... SPEAR FROM ROMAN REIGNS! Roman makes the cover as the brawling around ringside carries on!

Loud boos from the crowd as Roman escapes with his title. Roman struggles to his feet as the brawling still carries on around ringside as THE NEW DAY (Xavier Woods and Big E) RUN DOWN THE RAMP BUT ARE ATTACKED FROM BEHIND THE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS THE REVIVAL!

Corey Graves is right as inside the Cell Corbin and Elias have now started beating up Ricochet in one corner of the ring, whilst Owens is brawling with Rowe as Hanson and Zayn are down and out. Outside the ring Morrison is being kicked by Bryan whilst Rowan is sending The Miz into the Cell. The Revival had taken control of their brawl with the New Day but Big E fights back showing power and SLAMS SCOTT DAWSON INTO THE CELL WALL!
Roman though has a snarl on his face and looks to leave the area and retreats up the ramp... AS KOFI KINGSTON LIMPS OUT AND HITS TROUBLE IN PARADISE! Kofi looks to do more but suddenly a swarm of security comes out as they try to get this chaos under control. Meanwhile, in the ring, Drew McIntyre comes to and realizes what happened. He slides out of the ring as Hanson tries to attack him... PLANTS HIM A FUTURESHOCK DDT!
Drew then looks at Corbin as Elias charges in... ANOTHER GLASGOW KISS! Corbin is now in fear and runs like hell as Drew McIntyre gives chase! Corbin fears for his life as Dash Wilder tries to stop Drew... CLAYMORE! Corbin looks to head towards the ramp but is cut off by Big E! Corbin realizing he is in trouble looks at the Cell and STARTS TO CLIMB TO THE TOP OF THE CELL!
Drew though isn't done there as HE STARTS CLIMBING UP THE CELL CHASING AFTER BARON CORBIN! Both men make their way to the top of the cell as down below we see even more security guards swarm out to try to get the chaos under control as SHANE MCMAHON wheels himself out leading them. However, before they get down the ramp we see HHH comes out in a suit as those two get into a massive argument on the entrance ramp. Around ringside Morrison leaps off the barricade, then OFF THE CELL AND HITS A FLYING CHUCK TO ROWAN!
However, as he poses Bryan clobbers him with a RUNNING KNEE AS HE TURNS AROUND! Bryan though gets hit with a SKULL CRUSHING FINALE. Meanwhile, security are trying to drag War Raiders, Owens, Zayn, The Revival and New Day away as the camera shows RICOCHET HAS CLIMBED HALF WAY UP THE CELL AND DIVES OFF HITTING A 630 SPLASH TO THE PEOPLE DOWN BELOW WIPING EVERYONE OUT!
The camera then cuts to the top of the Cell as Corbin is stood on top as Drew McIntyre is hunting him down! Corbin sees McIntyre get his fingers on the top of the cell SO STARTS TRYING TO STOMP ON THE HANDS! One of Drew's hands falls off the cell but HE SWINGS BACK ROUND AND TRIPS CORBIN UP! Drew then grabs onto the cell again and pulls himself up onto the top of the cell!
Baron Corbin is on all four as he crawls backwards begging off Drew McIntyre but The Sinister Scotsman has no interest in showing mercy right now! He stalks Baron Corbin almost terminator like as he grabs Baron Corbin with two hands and slams him down on the top of the cell WITH A SPINEBUSTER! Corbin's back bounces off as Drew follows up by hitting him with a CLAYMORE! Corbin is out for the count but Drew isn't done as he drags the limp body of Corbin towards the edge of the cell!
Corey Graves (on commentary): Drew this is too far! You might end his career!
However before he can toss him from the Cell, ELIAS JUMPS ONTO DREW'S BACK! Elias tries to lock a sleeper hold on Drew McIntyre which causes him to drop Corbin onto the cell as he falls backwards! Corbin, as soon he falls onto the roof scrambles away and gets the hell out of their running away from Drew! Drew meanwhile fights Elias off and jumps into the air slamming ELIAS BACK FIRST ONTO THE CELL BREAKING THE HOLD! Drew then grabs hold of Elias...
AND TOSSES HIM OFF THE CELL SENDING HIM THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE TABLE BELOW!
A “HOLY SHIT” chant starts up from the crowd as Drew looks at Elias down below who is laid out in the wreckage off the announce table (the camera makes sure to not catch the safety mat to soften the blow for Elias)! Down below we can see the medical team checking on Elias.
