Y2J aka Chris Jericho captured the WWE United States Championship. At the Royal Rumble pay per view with some help from his Y2KO tag team partner Kevin Owens. Later on, in the night Jericho returned the favour and helped Owens© retain the WWE Universal Championship.

Against Seth Rollins with some more unseen help. As a result of their actions, RAW GM Mick Foley announced Owens© VS Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship.
And Chris Jericho© VS Seth Rollins for the WWE United States Championship both to take place at Spring Stampede.​

The Bar© VS New Day with Kofi Kingston
The duo of Cesaro and Sheamus collectively known both as the Bar and the current WWE RAW Tag Team Champions. They successfully retained their titles against the duo of Enzo Amore & Big Cass at the Royal Rumble.

In the lead up to the Spring Stamped ppv event, the New Day represented by Big E & Xavier Woods. Would defeat the Shinning Stars in a match to become the number one contender(s).​

Rusev and Lana decided to find a new superstar to use as a punching bag. Unfortunately for those two they decided that Sami Zayn would be the right person for the role.

The “InZayn” Sami Zayn did everything in his power to show them the error of their ways. RAW GM Mick Foley made a match between the two men for Spring Stampede.​

At the Royal Rumble ppv event the pair of Paige and Summer Rae. Challenged for the WWE RAW Women’s Championship by taking part in a triple threat match.

With the current champion Sasha Banks©, which should tell you everything you need to know about how the match went. The two women continued their feud so RAW GM Mick Foley made a match for Spring Stampede.​

Loudmouth Gets the Big Boot
The tag team of Enzo Amore & Big Cass challenged for the WWE RAW Tag Team Championship. At the 2017 WWE Royal Rumble pay per view event. They failed in their attempt to become the new champions.

The weeks after the Rumble saw the tag team go on an extended losing streak. RAW GM Mick Foley made a Loser Leaves RAW match between the two men official for the Spring Stampede ppv.
