As most stories we begin simple. A man staring at a Google Doc. This man has spent the last 4 years creating plans for BTBs and then staring at them. And changing minor things. And saying it wasn’t ready yet. Then he kept staring at the plans unsure if they will ever be ready. The post it notes of past ideas stare at him.

Just gotta get it right. After staring longingly at the page, he switches over to the discord to his mate, Dubb. Who mocks him for being in the planning phase. Dubb tells the man that the man’s next btb is probably 399 days away. That’s not nice. Only the man can make jokes about the man constantly being in the planning phase. That’s when the man knew. He needed to get out of here. So….he went back to his youth for guidance. And he found that guidance. And that guidance was that WWE in 2010 can go fuck itself and I can do it better.

Well here we go then. No idea how this is gonna turn out. The format I'll be doing will mostly be recaps similar to how Millar did his back in the day if anyone remembers that one. Just describing how we got to the match in question and all that.​

Okay... 24/7 Division in the Big Brother house popped me! So did "WWE in 2010 can go fuck itself". Because I definitely agree. I was a senior in high school in 2009-2010 and was so annoyed at WWE selling out CM Punk after his killer summer as WHC that I had a whole YouTube BTB style series going for MONTHS because I just had to take over and make sure WrestleMania 26 was done right. Hey, I didn't say I was a COOL senior in high school. I'll definitely be tuning in for this one.

I won't lie, I loved the product going into 2010 after a strong couple of months at the end of the decade. One part of me really liked all the themed pay-per-views, and the storylines setting up WrestleMania XXVI had me very excited. Plus you had the return of Bret Hart on January 4, 2010 and...well, the less said about that match with Vince McMahon, the better.

It's just such a shame things turned out the way they did. While I thought it was initially cool, The Nexus really deflated my interest completely. Didn't have a problem with the bizarre booking after WrestleMania, even though I totally should have. Jack Swagger as World Heavyweight Champion was at least different, but didn't work out. I'll never forget everybody thinking Ted Dibiase Jr. would be the next breakout star, or the idea Shawn Michaels stood the plausible chance of overcoming The Undertaker in their Streak vs Career match. Still gutted how ECW on SyFy ended, with this WWE NXT thing starting the week after it. Actually, yeah, I fucking loved being fifteen, man.

Pretty excited to see your work in action again.
