Yoshi Tatsu had his debut match, against Ricky Ortiz, which wasn't a long affair. Ortiz got in a little more offense than we've seen from him in awhile, still an impressive run from Tatsu ended things after Tatsu hit his finisher for the pinfall victory.

Backstage, Abraham Washington approached Mark Henry, Elijah Burke, Big Daddy V and Tony Atlas. Washington told the group they weren't fulfilling their potential, but none more than Burke. Washington told Burke maybe it was time he left the group and got with a winner. Atlas told Washington to back off, which led to Washington walking off. Burke looked to be thinking things over.

We got a vignette for Tyler Reks.

Backstage, Evan Bourne did a backstage interview stating how last year he got a taste of the top of ECW when he competed for the ECW World Heavyweight Championship, but came up short. Bourne said he's stepping his game up in hope to become world champion soon.

We got a highlight package from R-Truth's Smackdown career thus far.

Paul London had a trying time in his ECW debut against Sheamus. Sheamus's strength advantage would wear London down and cut off several runs, but a gutsy effort to stay in it, which saw some timely counters and an amazing arsenal of offense allowed London to get the roll-up pinfall.. giving Sheamus his first loss of his ECW career.

Yoshi Tatsu def. Ricky Ortiz - Singles match

Paul London def. Sheamus - Singles match

Super Crazy def. Umaga, Mark Henry, CM Punk and The Undertaker - #1 Contenders Fatal-5-Way for the ECW World Heavyweight Championship

Jimmy Wang Yang would get a great opportunity to prove himself this Friday night, against WWE Intercontinental Champion, Rey Mysterio. A high octane, cruiserweight battle, with both men getting in offense and going on runs where it seemed any man could win, would become decided after the momentum would shift one last time in Mysterio's favor, before the champ would hit his finisher sequence for the pinfall victory.

Yoshi Tatsu would look to go 2-0 in his ECW career, against Bam Neely. Tatsu would push through some stiff offense early on from Neely, before connecting with a series of high impact upper and lower body strikes. After a decent run, Tatsu would put neely away with a pinfall victory.

A promo aired stating R-Truth will make his ECW debut next week.

A vignette for Tyler Reks aired.

Evan Bourne and Elijah Burke would look for wins as their teams would compete against each other in a six man tag team match. Bourne would start things off against Big Daddy V, getting pummeled before hitting some timely offense to give BDV wobbly legs and making a tag to Punk. Burke would come in next to face Punk, where the two would compete to a stalemate before Punk would get trapped in the wrong corner where Henry and BDV would work him over. After Burke tagged in Henry, he and Bourne would be tagged in one more time, facing each other in an exciting affair. Abraham Washington would make his way to the ring, distracting Burke by talking to him. Atlas would get in Washington's face to get him to back off. Bourne would hot-tag Punk in to get the pinfall over BDV.

R-Truth made his ECW debut against Braden Walker, which was over in pretty short fashion. Truth got in a few high impact moves before putting Walker away for the pinfall.

Evan Bourne had his work cut out for him this week, taking on Big Daddy V. Bourne's speed advantage didn't put much of a dent into BDV in the beginning and when his timely counters missed, BDV put a hurtin' on Bourne. Gutsy Bourne would fight back and let BDV's momentum send him flying through the second rope, where Bourne would work him over on the outside, before sliding back into the ring for the count-out victory.

Backstage, Abraham Washinigton found Elijah Burke alone and pitched him another offer to manage him. Burke said he wasn't interested in jumping ship and wasn't really interested in being apart of a team at all actually.

Backstage, Sheamus would catch Paul London from behind and attack him, laying him out. Backstage crew would rush to check on London.

Kenny's Dykstra's losing strike would continue against Jimmy Wang Yang. But it wasn't before he talked a lot of junk to Yang before the grappling began. Yang got in a few taunts, telling Dykstra to bring it on, but really let his ring work do the talking. Yang looked levels above Dykstra as he'd get the pinfall victory here.
