Is WWE going to do with Randy Orton? Orton keeps talking about going directly for the belt, but we have Y2J, another heel as a champion, and with Cena coming back already with an enourmous hype, it's only fitting he'll get back on top, and his rematch with Batista at Mania seems almost mandatory.

So I ask you, what is WWE going to do with Orton, as I don't think that first, he'll even challenge for the belt one on one, and second, his supposed feud with CM Punk go long.

^^^That seems quite likely, but it's worth noting that just because he says he's gunning for the title it doesn't mean to say he's the #1 contender.

I like what they are doing with Orton. He is becoming like Triple H, all he cares about is the belt. He wants it, but if he can't have it, he will take out those who do.

Assuming he comes back soon, he will probably interrupt a promo between Batista and Jericho. Tell them he is the new number one contender..destiny..borrowed time...legend killer...something about punting a skull...I'll be champ again. Batista will laugh at him. Jericho will have an angry look on his face. Orton will say something along the lines of, "borrowed time is over, I've officially been cleared to wrestle." Punk will then come out and beat Orton up.

Then Orton will totally destroy Punk and move onto the title scene.

Russo swerve, Orton may turn anti-hero heel a la Austin. Its the safest thing to do in this day and age.

I see Orton vs. Cena seeing as both men are coming back to the ring soon, hopefully. WWE has this way of pairing up returning stars and giving it the number one contender moniker. Though I don't think it will be anything special no matter what it is, I'll hope for the best.

Let me just take this moment to say how much I miss Edge. It all just doesn't feel the same without him for some reason. OK, carry on with the Orton discussion.

I have said for years that Orton was born to be a tweener.

I'm not sure the WWE has the balls to do this with Orton though. They have been extremely protective of him since his failed face run. They are too scared to put him in a high risk/higer reward situation.

Plus, I'm not sure there are enough heels on Raw to do this. They would almost have to to turn Cena heel to pull this off. I'm not sure the WWE has the balls to do this either.

I happen to think that a heel Cena vs a tweener Orton would be a type of feud that brings the WWE to the next level.
