New Year...NEW MOVIES coming out this Year and what better way to persuade, or give someone a Movie to watch then to have a Movie Log for all to see? You can set up your Movie Log however you want to look like. You can just put the Movie name you watched each Month, or you could put a little Review on the Film you just watched with every entry. It's all about to you go watch some Movies famiilia.

I implore people to see The Goldfinch everyone the best Movies I've seen. Even though it's 2020 now I hope more people put it in their top Movies of 2019 it's that good.

So for reference this is just a list of movies watched in the year 2020? Or do they specifically have to be from 2020?

Personally I think I'm gonna use this as a list of movies watched in 2020 regardless of year. With that said, here's my first entry

January
Ayla: Daughter of War (2017)

Solid Turkish war movie, not as much propaganda in it as you'd expect but its strong with it appears. Solid story and acting, but weird and sometimes sloppy camera cuts

Yup Movies you have watched this Year. It doesn't have to be specifically from the Year, because for sure I'll be watching my Yearly Lord of The Rings, and Harry Potter films by the end of the Year.

I like the idea of this thread. Gives me more reasons to watch movies also.

I doubt we'll get any movies this year better than The Man That Killed Hitler and Then Big Foot.

You know the Pokemon film I saw the other day had me in a range of emotions no doubt. I thought let me see this, and let's say 10-15 in I see that welp it's a Japanese version of the first Pokemon done in what 1999 or 2000? Come on that is a classic, but they read it to the tee just with the Animation style of today. It almost felt like Japan wanted to keep kids from watching our version and watch theirs instead. Felt cool though to see Brock still creeping on Women, and Misty was nicer than her English Counterpart in this. For sure I still got the feels when Mewtwo's Clones vs Trainers went down and they are passing out. Ash's Pikachu vs Mewtwo's Pikachu got me too, and it went to 9,000 when Pikachu was trying to revive Ash. I still don't get where did Mewtwo went with the other Pokemon this almost felt like they went to Heaven.

Yeah Gundam is something I wanted to get into and with Anime spots open I might need to at some point. Star Trek for ages Fuji has told him to look into more, and since I dug Discovery and will love Picard when it drops I should go back to the beginning like I am with Doctor Who right now as well.

The Bone Collector

Solid thriller from 1999 featuring an all-star cast including Denzel Washington, Angelina Jolie, Queen Latifah etc.

Fairly predictable but decently executed. Not particularly memorable but decent enough.

6.5/10.

Feeling a little feisty this Week so why not some Action films this Week. I've never seen Executioners From Shaolin, and it was put over for me via The Wu-Tang Clan using some of the action noises in their Songs they would use in the future. Gordon Liu the guy who played Pai Mei in Kill Bill Volume 2 is in this, and a classic The 36th Chamber of Shaolin so I was like hell yeah I gotta see this. Too bad Fuji is not here he would love to talk to me about such things.
