This vote is in response to Jeff summarizing a part of the game that Junk hadn't read which means that Junk trusted Jeffs summary without reading anything herself which sorta implies she thinks Jeff isn't deceiving her (= town) and that's not something she could be confident of on page 8 without having read the first 7 pages.
