How do you feel about everyone wanting to shoot Chimp?

On one hand, not fussed at all. He barely posts anyway, offers nothing towards solving the game, and cannot be trusted to use a role properly. On the other, it's a blind shot and we have OMB waiting to rep in who is at least semi-competent and can add to the game. I feel it's very 50/50 play.

Jeff is right that it would take a distraction on D2, but there's plenty of other stuff around to sift through so, idk. Rugrat also makes a good point that we have more competent players available to rep in

was gonna point out as well that CP said that it's easy to make people like Brutus and Banez' posts look bad, which I agree with but after he claimed there hasn't been anyone really trying to push Brutus as the lynch option until these votes now, which I find odd considering how bad those posts looked and how easy it would be to push him.

These are the pertinent posts about vigging Chimp. I'm not a fan of anyone directing the Vig, but this is what it is. Useful to refer to if the Vig does decide to shoot Chimp and then we have a record of who said what when this was first suggested by Magic - this also backs up my point earlier btw with Magic not softing that he's chimp.

Kinda ambivalent about killing Chimp, if this was any other player I'd say don't randomly shoot unclaimed roles, but since it's him we'd actually be better off not letting him use the role most of the time. Like if he's the vig for example, getting rid of him means no stray shots flying in the direction of confirmed townies. Vig Chimp makes Vig Lethal look like fucking Lucky Luke.

Sure but he didn't so give OMB the slot. No point just killing Chimp. He said he wouldn't be here until tomorrow anyway, its not like he is ducking, he said that

The thing is, Magic is absolutely right about Chimp ducking the thread as scum. I saw it three years ago and I assume it still continues to this day, although that's the reason why I asked about his play in the time I've been gone. However, I'm more of a fan of pushing Chimp D2 than shooting him with 2 posts on the board - it tells us very little other than catching someone else. If we push him when he returns (or is repped out - assuming Odo isn't actually repped out since it was 12 hours ago and there's still no repping despite having a rep list...) then we can learn of his interaction and we have a direction for D2 (assuming people move on from me as I fully appreciate that I seem to be the chosen direction of a vocal minority as of last night).

What if Banez went for the ultimate big brain play and is actually scum with Brutus, and is going for a repeat of when he gave the daykill shots out?

Still pushing this after Brutus flipped huh? (I miss my old Arya smilies - the new one isn't as good). Which is it? Is Banez playing the gambit? Am I scum and buddying Banez? It can't be both, so which is it, or is it just whichever is more convenient to your narrative at that time?

For me, Banez looks really good off this. He's ultimately the one who got the wagon on Brutus going again. Tweet following is fine as well. Haza felt a bit sneaky, imo

I'd say Odo would be wrong if that was his assessment. And I see it differently.

I also haven't really seen anything of you that should make me think you're scum. But then again I'm constantly warned that this looks like your 2018-scum game so I dunno. I'm not worried as of yet
