Brutus' first couple interactions were to introduce himself to Xenus, and ask Rugrat to try and read Banez. Not sure how deep to read into that since Brutus seemed to be a bit on the trolly side but since I don't think Brutus interacts with teammates much to begin with, so I'd say that makes him being teamed with those people slightly less likely.

What about the Lethal / Mitch interaction alongside Brutus?
This is
Lethal leaving his vote on Mitch after identifying Brutus as a scum read is ehhh although he is consistent with scum reading Mitch but why as town would you leave a vote on someone who is nowhere near being wagoned, nor is anyone else interested and then ignore the wagon on someone else you think is scum?
Doesn't add up IMO as a veteran of the GOAT 2012 era!

Ok, so looking at the lynch it's clear by the end that it's Banez or Brutus. Scum Banez is not going to offer himself up as the lynch, even in the greatest gambit ever - and if he did and this is actually an amazing play to lynch one of them to make the other look amazing, well, then GG cause that's ballsy as hell. This coupled with my reads of Banez makes him almost as much Town as Phenom tbh, which is why I have to question why Odo :
(1) pushed me so much on that read;
(2) pushed for Banez to be lynched;
(3) manipulated the perspective to push me if Banez flipped town; and
(4) wasn't anywhere near the Brutus wagon and instead parked himself on Haza (a scum read of mine)
Odo here is pushing Banez, but indirectly. As far as I can tell, he hasn't actually engaged Banez at any point, but does then shade him later for not responding to his posts. There's no case on Banez at all that I can see?
Screams of knowing the flip. I wanted to question Odo on this last night, but didn't get time due to IRL, but what really confuses me is that Odo seems convinced that Banez is scum at this point, but is already setting me up for a push if Banez flips town. Do you often try to lynch your scum reads but with a view to pushing someone else? I feel like Banez is a conduit here for a push on me and protection of Brutus. Such as here:
In fairness to Odo, this is accurate set up spec as a beloved scum is a bit blah, but the point here is not the protection of Brutus, but the pushing of Banez whilst also pushing me for if Banez flips town. It feels like he's pushing to remove the DV, whilst pushing the next lynch as well - all the while controlling the narrative.
I find it very interesting that only Odo read me as scum until this point, then a lot of others followed, but hey ho that's how the game goes - I remember Magic being able to control the narrative like this, so all credit to Odo.
The only thing that gives me pause is the WIFOM of Odo repping out (twice?) and the complete lack of effort at the beginning - does Odo use the frustration from the last game to change his scum meta? It seems cheap, but on play, would definitely vote Odo based on this - and yes OMGUS accusations incoming, I know.
Looking at the Brutus wagon, I think Jeff looks good, but I found the post whilst ISO'ing Odo and I can't find it again. I'll keep looking.
Looking at the wagon, which took off QUICKLY (or seems to on a readback - I haven't look at timestamps), there's got to be scum on the wagon (SkyboxTM):
This looks good - wagon could have gone to any direction. Thinking Tweets is town - reinforcing my earlier read.
Raidokken looks good here too. I don't feel that this is bussing.
I've got a lot of respect for Big Man's scum game, but this comes across genuine too.
This is where it gets interesting for me. These are the posts that Rugrat gives around the wagon:

this is awful. You think when someone claims beloved and isn't beloved, but a wagon is building at end of day that scum aren't going to jump on? In the bin you go.

Not liking CP either. Seems to be playing around and pushing a narrative, rather than actually contributing. It feels very much like scum pushing the narrative:
Offers no opinion, but uses this as an opportunity to get reads from people without contributing to the conversation.
This is shit too. Lends itself to my earlier point about Rugrat being all over the place at end of day, but missed this on my ISO as this is a little earlier.
Again, following the flip, which CP had no engagement with whatsoever, he POE's the Mafia team down to a few and dictating the pace for next day. Not a fan.
The only other thing I want to mention right now is the theories on Magic suggesting that he's Chimp - which is trash. Do you really think Magic cares that much about being in the QT of a Mafia team he probably has very little respect for, that he drops a hint to be recruited on D1?

What makes you think Magic has 0 respect for the scum team? We only know of Brutus being scum, how do you get to the conclusion that he probably has no respect for them when we don't even know who they are?
Considering your posts have been very thorough so far - this is a very weird comment to be making.
Because Magic is very egotistical and respects no one (I think actually, tbf, he respects CP). Assuming that Magic, as Chimp, would not know who his scum team are (and as a traitor, this is a safe assumption), there is no way that Magic potentially outs himself in the thread in a random post to try to join the scum team. I'm confident in saying Magic is not Chimp.

yeah I don’t really have strong convictions D1, just town reads and I’m happy to push anyone
In the wagon that I was referring to where I did clear most players had eight players on. I was the 7th and Phenom was 8th, so I was only town reading the first six players.

Actually Banez is a DV, so you're town reading 5, but to clarify you're town reading Mitch, Banez, Tweet, Haza and Big Man? Is this based purely off the wagon or are there other reasons?
I was town reading banez before as I said he wouldn’t have offered the choice of him and another player for the lynch and then given no reason for the other player beyond weak set-up spec.

it’s possible (in fact probable) yes, but the people I were town reading were only at the first part.
