This is my case on Banez.

As for the claims, DV and Loved are NAI but I'd like to think they're not both scum. Strongman is a claim and I'm interested in Odo in particular accepting it immediately, which is to say if Chris is scum I'd look at Odo next.

This is a very solid case really. Banez seems to be jumping on whichever wagon gets the most steam as well.
