I got back an actual character as a result and the character is a guy who played with us over on WF, and to my knowledge they never played on WS before that, so it's a town character. The VT role CP claimed fits the character. I didn't get a no result on investigation, and I highly doubt that scum redirect me on the off chance that I lied about the amount of shots I got, not to mention that them having a Redirector is beyond unlikely to begin with. So in summary, I'd say there is no room for error with the result I got.

FWIW I agree that CPs play has kinda fallen off a cliff at around the time I investigated him.

Lethal's kill shot from skitzo - was this ever confirmed? He said he doesn't find out about the roles he uses except the tracker/watcher right?
