Sept 11th is the deadline before you have you your team's removed you are welcome to join, even after, as long as it is before the draft.

Draft Days:
My work schedule is in a little bit of flux, but I am aiming for a potential day Thursday-Sunday. In fact as I started typing this... I HAVE MULTIPLE SHIFTS CHANGED AROUND.

So yay. So I'll let you know now when I am currently available for those days... WHICH I WILL UPDATE THIS AS SHIT CHANGES. Will mention the general time. (I'm AST, Atlantic Standard Time, so EST + 1 Hour)

Sept 12th: All Day
Sept 13th, 14th: Evening.
Sept 15th: Morning.
Sept 19th: All Day
Sept 20th: Morning
Sept 21st: Evening

Afterwards: TBD

So I seem to be off Thursdays the next few weeks, then the rest depends on when I am working that day.

Let me know what works for you guys of those days. That way we can hopefully lock it in soon-ish.

Next, we need to decide the scoring. Since it is head-to-head, we need to decide what certain things are worth for stats. THIS is what it currently is with the point value for each.

Skaters:
Goals: 2
Assists: 1
Power Play Points: 0.5
Short Handed Points: 0.5
Game Winning Goals: 1
Shots on Goal: 0.1
Hits: 0.1
Blocked Shots: 0.5

Goaltenders:
Wins: 4
Goals Against: -2
Saves: 0.2
Shutout: 3
Overtime Loss: 1

I'm considering doing a +0.5 for Defensemen points since, apart from a handful of elite offensive defensemen, they don't get as many points. But what do you think of these point values? Is there a category you think should be increased or decreased a bit? Let me know.

I do 2 midafternoon shifts friday and saturday from 2-8 and thursdays and sundays are usually off right now, if you're looking to do a weekend draft.

Thursday is fine with me as long as it is after 6pm EST as I get home from work at that time. If you have to schedule it earlier in the day, that’s ok I just will not be able to be present to draft.

Weekends I am good any time, just not this Saturday lol but Sunday I would be free. After that, my weekends should be all good any time.

#Getting Closer.

Down to 8:
First of all, with the deadline passed, the two previous coaches who did not sign in and shown interest are removed. They will be re-added if they check in before the draft date (I will get to in a second). And Tranquilo Jay has decided not to participate in the league due to IRL commitments. I thank him for his interest and wish him luck, and do encourage him to keep an eye on hockey if he can this upcoming season. It's a wonderful sport that brings a lot of pain.

With this, we have 8. Which in a way, is a good thing because, with the league being Head-to-Head, it allows me to set the draft date. I removed the bank team to allow me to do this, but ideally, if people join, we get two in a pair. I will also set the divisions in a moment or two by randomizing us. We'll have the Johnny Division and the Matthew Division to honour the two men who had their lives taken from them recently from the careless actions of a drink driver.

After checking with my schedule and the suggestions so far, I want to have the draft date and time to be...

Saturday* September 21st at 6pm EST (7pm my time)

BLAME MY SCHEDULE. It is set Sunday to Saturday and I saw S and was like "SUNDAY!"

I'm also not against moving it to the Sunday, depending on what I am working when my schedule is released, or doing it later in the evening if I am not working that next morning.
