Why is there an assumption that they would be inactive? Notorious and ST were new comers for this league and seem to be mainstays and were active. Just have to try and get the right people and not just grab anybody. Sal is not able to be as active as he used to be, we lost a active mainstay in P1 so feel it is important to get a few new guys who could add even more activity.

This is the first good point I've heard you make.

As gross as it sounds we need 3 prominent fantasy basketball posters from WF over here to make 14 teams work. That means AID, Stacks and... JM.
