I mean, tbf, the rules are not "not clear". Drops aren't mentioned, so my first thought is this draft is without drops. Doesn't matter how other drafts went. ...but that is just how different people look at it, I guess.

But yes, we should make a Rule template and if people running it and want to use a different set of rules or deviate from the set rules, they have to make that clear when they open their game.
