At this point, I'm just making the best card I can because this whole thing's too confusing for me, but I think you'll be fine either way.My bad guys, went to get some dinner and didn't think it'd be my turn already lol
As far as the stipulations go, I'm kinda on the same wavelength as Cicada. I was under the impression that if you had a match on NXT (contestant show), NXT TV, NXT UK, etc, you were eligible. Like, if Hulk Hogan was a pro back in the day and had one match on TV, I'd figured he'd be eligible. And as far as putting together a great Takeover card, name recognition at workrate are pretty important. So Punk seems like a damn good pick.
But even if we're basing it on when he was in his NXT matches, he was high on the card on the main roster and even WWE Champion at the time during that tag match, so...idk. Just my two cents.
Before I make my pick, I'd like to get some clarification. Because I'll just come out and say it. It's between two women for my first pick. One had arguably the best run in NXT history, and the other is Becky Lynch. Not as great of an NXT career as some other women, but is arguably the most popular and one of the best post-NXT wrestlers there is. Like, if we're basing it on solely NXT runs, I won't pick Becky.
Becky had a much longer run in NXT than Punk who had 4 matches so go with your gut, but your first pick is probably go get you more points.
