Shawn was largely presumed cleared due to Poyser tracking Shawn to nowhere and the assumption would have been scum use him to make faction kill if he was scum.

That being said, the two players that are doing it would definitely need to do it in this scenario as Chris pointed out so I mean, i kind of understand it?
