I found at least 3 games where it wasn't. I think it really just depends on the host. So let's just say that. It's host dependent.

Because win cons for mafia and town often are very different by how they're worded. Some people allow draws, some don't etc.

1-1-1 has always being mafia win in every place i play, EXCEPT when that indie is a hostile, in which case the hostile indie win

My win cons for instance are usually worded that mafia only win when there's no way for one to be lynched without Mafia votes.

then ur an outlier because thats not how survivors work and uve been hosting non traditionally. survivors never ever ever should count for parity, independants never do and neither do sk. the only reason sk affect parity is their night kill allows them to stay in the game without vote power.

yup, only sk/hostile indies usually win or break ties. if u want to argue that scum can shoot hostile indy and its a good play, sure, argument to be made of course! but yeah like u said, thats not how survivor is ever supposed to work and certainly not how my role works lol. i literally dont count for parity ever

I'm not talking about survivor. This part is a completely independent thought. I'm saying different hosts have different rules.

Some hosts don't do the indie, mafia, town win thing. Haza here for example would end in a draw.

We're not talking about that anymore. I'm just saying I've seen games with survivors in endgame and found examples where it happened.

survivor always counts yes, like in 2-1-1 the survivor counts

i am talking strictly about 1-1-1, where thats just checkmate and mafia wins

2-2-1 is a mafia win as well
3-3-1

etc..

mafia has successfully reached parity with town, and eliminated all hostile indies. the survivor wins with mafia by default whether they want to or not. its game over and no lynch happens

ur win con for mafia is to apparently reach parity with the whole game, not just with town, so i guess its a different varient

again, none of it is relevant to survivors. u have really proven nothing other than it makes zero sense to shoot me unless udont believe im survivor. which i obviously am and u obviously do believe it. so ur literally arguing about the value of a completely fictional situation that is far removed from the current game state. ur entitled to ur vision on this, but its just not good play by any metric i can conceive outside what i just said above, and id be shocked if anyone was to disagree
