peter kept asking for barry to be wagoned since the start of the game but never actually pushed it.

barry's over defensive self never even went at them hard for constantly calling him scum.

throughout peter pushing barry, he always just asked for a lynch opposed to being lynched.

barry, much like the other scum, wanted junk dead and tried to defend peter.

and to be honest, i agreed initially that barry looked town off some of this stuff, but a lot of the back and forth was posturing and half hearted pushing.

my initial case on peter was because he voted barry and never did anything with the vote.

towards the end of day 1 they kept bringing up a barry wagon but never pushed it.

It was obvious they wanted junk to flip D1 so can't read much there, it's just if Peter would bus Barry like he did. I still don't think he was very sus on Peter in general and in fact seemed ready to clear him if junk flipped first right?
