well if u read doddsy's post its basically 2 cops but with faith healer twist. i.e if they both use neither get results. i cant see that being one scum because it would be very unfair for scum not to get rolecop results because a cop is using his shot too

The faith healer cop thing is an interesting utility, but the ducks over scum because after killing one cop, the other cop loses that negative utility.
