I don't know what to make of Doddsy. He was the one advocating for Junk to get shot quite a bit, but she's already been gathering so much heat by that point. He wasn't as hard on Peter by the looks of things. Consider me curious.

We don’t have an idea. I’m going off the theory that if scum gets it, something happens. Since the object of is to give to someone you think has been bad. Could be nothing.
