'EmperorOfChess' had a winning stream of 498 games in a row and was on the verge of needing two more wins to reach his 500 game winning streak. We have deemed that, for a new player to have ended this run would have only taken place by cheating or being coached and therefore we will be unable to overturn you're ban. - THE GOOD BIT - we apologize if you beat 'EmperorOfChess' legitimately, but we find this option highly unlikely.

Sounds like they were trying to artificially to create this streak and are mad fussed an outsider ruined it.

If Demo God theory on an artificial streak is correct and its a mod account - I wouldn't be surprised if usernames have been changed etc. This happened to my friend on PKR.com back in the day (RIP THAT SITE) - where he got banned and they the users he played against was masked by mods to refute an appeal.
