Can you help me tell what the Saxtonation is meant to be?

It looks like he is trying to do a Cobra Clutch.... Backwards slam (can't call it a Russian leg sweep since he doesn't sweep the leg) with a spinout? Ted Dibiasi did a similar move (no spinout) and he was active at the time.

I feel like less of a person for defending Byron Saxton as a commentator now after watching this.

I'm going with Mox's Death Rider. They say it's a brainbuster but he lands the guy flat on his back most of the time so it's a Double Under hook Suplex. Sometimes it looks like a good brainbuster (then it's not bad).

Honorable mention for me is the Helluva Kick. Feels like it doesn't fit Sami Zayn to me.

Also the Rainmaker. It's a clothesline. At least JBL put some oomph in his.

I wholehardedly disagree with that entire post, especially the rainmaker. watch some new japan, its not just a clothesline (it's a LARIAT first of all...) and he puts a lot of stink on it. educate yourselves!

I'll agree Death Rider is inconsistent though, seems to really depend on receiver and if he's doing the super version.

I love the Helluva Kick

Especially if his opponent is under 25 and in black trunks

Also worse clothesline finished def goes to Brian Myers, I always vote roster cut as one of my worst moves of the year lmao and I love the guy but come on

Agreed on death rider, I half agree with troop on helluva tho, I don't like it as a finish as all, but as a setup move I think it's great

roster cut was awful yes

I will reiterate though
You run into a clotheline
A lariat runs into you

I’m not a huge fan of Oblivion. Trick’s Trick Shot knee. And the Swerve Stomp

Guess you can put Coup De Grace under the same umbrella as that last one

I hate double stomps, they're fine visually but I just see broken ankles every time even tho I've never seen it actually happen

Yeah the Stomp moves aren’t great to me either
The only one I liked really was the Cave In by Cameron Grimes

I’ve hated them since Del Rio did it in his second run with WWE. There’s just something about them
