Yet Ok! Teddy had Power in his 1st GM Run! Which is why is the best GM b/c he has a crete mind! Heyman 1 to but he was not the GM to do anything! Eirc did more then Heyman did as the Raw GM he came up with EC Match, MITB, Raw Relat!

Teddy Long was never a member of the creative team, he had no pull on the direction of the show. Wrestling GM's aren't actually in charge of what happens, rather the creative team. Also Heyman was a booker during his run as GM I believe.
