Jack Swagger - They should give a him a coach similar to Mr. Perfect when he wrestled Bret Hart at Summerslam 1991. Mr. Perfect's coach was really wrestler John Tolos. Swagger can still keep the All American gimmick.

Ted DiBiase - He needs to ripoff his father's gimmick and become a rich cocky guy. They can even bring back the Million Dollar belt.

Cody Rhodes - WWE should give him a James Dean gimmick. He can wear shades and jeans. His gimmick would be the coolest wrestler in the WWE. They can even have him say he was the real star in Legacy.

Santino Marella - They should make him a more serious competitor in the ring. He can keep the comedy act. Chris Jericho use to be the same way in WCW.

Mark Henry - They should make a fake brick wall and have him crash through it screaming "Oh yeah".

Evan Bourne - This guy is known for his wild crazy stunts. He should become a motocross racer. They can even have him race at real motocross events.

All that dam coach did was blow his whistle the whole dam time.

Yeah. He was motivating Mr. Perfect during his matches. It's like Paul Bearer screaming "ohhhhh yesssssssssss".

I just enjoyed Paul Bearer more and he would say other things in the old promos with taker!

I just want to see managers come back. They were such a big part of WWE history. Jack Swagger is really someone who could benefit from having a manager.

Actually do you know of Larry Sweeney from ROH. He used to manage a stable called Sweet & Sour Inc. Great Manager with a lot of Charisma on the mic. They released him last year because of some health issue but brought him back recently as a commentator. He would a good manager for a wrestler or wrestlers that needed to be put over. Perfect man to start a stable in TNA or WWE!

Then TNA or WWE should hire him. I don't really watch ROH. I've seen a few matches. Paul Bearer was working on the new WWE Smackdown game recently. He is my favorite manager of all time.

I admit the only thing I'm worried about with him if one of them did hire him would be if they would totally mess him up. With that being said I still think he would be a good hire.

WWE doesn't really like the outsiders that they didn't create.
